  • Patent number: 11908008
Abstract: An exchange computer system for improving risk management is described. A user may create a risk profile that includes a risk threshold, and may identify a set of one or more security transaction orders to be associated with the risk profile. The exchange computer system may receive the risk profile from a user device, determine that the set of one or more security transaction orders are associated with the risk profile, and monitor the one or more security transaction orders included in the set. Based on the monitoring, the exchange computer system may determine that the risk threshold is satisfied. In response to determining that the risk threshold is satisfied, the exchange computer system may alert the user and cancel the one or more security transaction orders included in the set.

  • Patent number: 11763307
Abstract: There is disclosed a method of authorising an electronic transaction, the method involving a server receiving transaction details for the electronic transaction and an identifier for a participant in the electronic transaction. The server sends the transaction details to the participant in the electronic transaction, and in return receives authorisation data from the participant, the authorisation data including authentication data authenticating the identity of the participant. The server then determines an account code identifying an account associated with the participant based on the identifier, and proceeds with the electronic payment transaction using the account code.

  • Patent number: 11687897
Abstract: An automatic-transaction-machine (ATM) has a processor that controls at least portions of some financial transactions conducted by the ATM. A banking computer system associated with the ATM is receives a pre-created transaction request from a customer using a mobile device. When the customer later brings the mobile device to the ATM, the ATM presents transaction-verification data to be received by the mobile device. The ATM is configured to receive mobile-verification data back from the mobile device that is responsive to the transaction-verification data. When the mobile-verification data is authenticated by the banking computer system the ATM is configured to execute the pre-created transaction request.

  • Patent number: 11676149
Abstract: A system and method for routing ATM transactions. A transaction request is received at an external application programming interface (API) associated with an account holder. The external API runs on a first processor. The transaction request is validated and authorized at the external API. Information about the transaction is forwarded from the external API to an internal API associated with an automated teller machine (ATM). The internal API runs on a second processor. A unique identifier is generated for the transaction request and provided to a user. The unique identifier is received from the user at the ATM without the user presenting any card and without connecting a mobile device of the user to the ATM. The unique identifier is provided from the ATM to the internal API to confirm a validity of the transaction. The transaction is implemented at the ATM by either dispensing cash or accepting a deposit.

  • Patent number: 11631131
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments provide hedge management systems and methods for implementation of automated hedging programs. The automated hedge management system manages various types of hedging programs on behalf of various clients based on currency exchange information received from any of various market data providers. The automated hedge management system also interfaces with various hedge service providers (e.g., banks or other asset market makers) such as for implementing a hedge decision, e.g., to purchase or sell a forward contract. Exemplary embodiments are implemented using parameterized programs and parameterized program engines, thereby allowing a single program engine to implement multiple hedging program instances including combinations of instances.

  • Patent number: 11615407
Abstract: A system to process virtual credit card (VCC) payments automatically is provided. Electronic delivery of VCC payment information may be transferred as electronic data representing a VCC payment to the seller (e.g., an email). Data exchange methods for VCC payments include application programming interfaces (APIs), email, files, etc. Secure processing is provided via an environment that meets rigorous security standards (e.g., Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards). Credentials of the sending entity establish the context that allows the system to associate the data received with the correct buyer and seller. Authentication may be provided within the context of the data transferred. Authentication may also use the sender's email address to validate the sender using a digital signature of the email contents. The system may combine digital signature validation of an email with a validation of a sending entity using the DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) email authentication protocol.

  • Patent number: 11610206
Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for actionable insight into user interaction data. A service provider server can access user interaction data associated with an interaction between a first communication device and the service provider server, and generates feature representations of the user interaction data, in which the feature representations respectively correspond to extracted features that include textual data features or audio data features. The service provider server can determine an intent of the interaction from the feature representations using a machine learning-trained classifier, in which the intent corresponds to a first actionable insight category. The interaction is mapped to a first cluster based on the intent, and the service provider server issues a remedial action for the interaction based on the mapping of the interaction to the first cluster, in which the remedial action is associated with a particular type of activity in the first actionable insight category.
