Abstract: Systems and methods for containing fluid splash include using a fluid flow spaced from a vessel and/or fluid surface to effectively trap materials from a fluid stream flowing through the fluid flow. The fluid flow creates a spray envelope in connection with the fluid surface and/or vessel and substantially prevents droplets of the fluid stream from exiting the vessel. The fluid flow is created by allowing a supply fluid to flow through a nozzle oriented to cast a spray pattern into the vessel and/or into contact with the fluid surface. The fluid flow may be selectively activated and deactivated and/or be automatically (e.g., light or motion) activated and deactivated.

Abstract: A lift system for a spa cover includes a first lift assembly configured for coupling to a first side of a spa, the first lift assembly including a motor and a first lever arm, the first lever arm having a first end configured for driving connection to the motor, and a second end configured for operative connection to a spa cover, and a clutch assembly configured to transmit torque from the motor to the first lever arm, the clutch assembly including a drive plate rotatably driven by the motor, a clutch plate arranged parallel to the drive plate, and a plurality of projections extending from one of the drive plate and the clutch plate and being configured to engage a corresponding plurality of recesses in the other of the drive plate and the clutch plate.

The temperature control element is connected to a refrigeration module that reduces the temperature of the receptacle. The temperature control element is further connected to a heating module that increases the temperature of the receptacle.

Abstract: A faucet cleaning assembly includes a pouch which has an inner layer and an outer layer. The inner layer is comprised of a fluid impermeable material defining an interior of the pouch thereby facilitating the interior of the pouch to contain an acidic solution. The pouch is positionable around a faucet thereby facilitating the acidic solution to dissolve mineral deposits on the faucet. A band is integrated into the pouch and a drawstring is integrated into the band. The band is collapsible when the drawstring is tightened for retaining the pouch on the faucet. A lock is slidably disposed on the drawstring to retain the drawstring in a tightened condition for retaining the band around the faucet.

Abstract: A device used to conceal at least a portion of a wastewater strainer associated with a bathtub. More specifically, a plate having an opening therethrough is used to overlap a flange of the wastewater strainer wherein the opening in the plate generally coincides with an opening in the wastewater strainer so that the bathtub drain is unobstructed. The plate may include a downwardly extending lip to help facilitate orientation onto the flange of the wastewater strainer. The plate conceals the wastewater strainer, thereby facilitating reconfiguration of a bathtub as the existing wastewater strainer need not be removed and the plumbing system retested.

Abstract: A fitting, in particular an outlet fitting, for a sanitary installation has a control unit, a sanitary element controllable with the control unit, and at least one imaging sensor. The control unit is adapted to trigger an action of the sanitary element depending on an object recognition based on at least one output signal from the at least one imaging sensor. A fitting arrangement with such a fitting as well as a method for controlling such a fitting are also provided.

Abstract: A touchless faucet includes a faucet body having a first compartment and a second compartment, where the second compartment has a mixing chamber for mixing fluid and a flow passage. The faucet also includes an aerator coupled to the faucet body and configured to receive fluid from the flow passage, a control board disposed in the first compartment, a solenoid disposed in the second compartment and communicatively coupled to the control board, and an IR sensor disposed in the first compartment for sensing a presence of a user.

Abstract: A wastewater drain assembly is provided that includes a selectively openable drain stopper. The wastewater drain assembly is interconnected to a fluid basin wherein a flange, which is interconnected to wastewater plumbing, is situated within the sink. The flange receives an insert that has a portion that conceals the flange.

Abstract: A steam shower device includes a steam enclosure, including a front plate with first and second vacuum air vents, a rear wall, and a steam chamber; a steam mixing valve with a steam control dial; a mixed water line; a steam nozzle assembly with a stem nozzle head; a steam vent, including a perimeter wall and a perimeter ledge; a visual trim panel; a hot water pan; such that the steam vent is configured to emit steam from the steam chamber. Optionally, the steam shower device can include a hand-held steam hose, which is detachably connectable to the steam vent.

Abstract: A toilet seat adapter device that is configured to be positioned on a rear section of a standard toilet seat in order to reduce the size of the seat opening. The adapter has a main body that is configured to be seated within the toilet seat opening. A first pair of movable arms extend form the right side of the main body and a second pair of movable arms extend form the left side of the main body. Each pair of movable arms terminate in clamp or similar gripping interface to capture a toilet seat and maintain the main body securely positioned on the toilet. The pairs of movable arms may be secured at any of various points to allow a user to apply the adapter to any of various sized toilet seats. One more LEDs may be encapsulated in or embedded on the toilet seat adapter.

Abstract: A drawing faucet includes a drawing sensing structure. The drawing sensing structure includes sense marks and a sensor. The number of the sense marks is at least two, they are provided on the drawing hose at intervals along a length direction of the drawing hose. The sensor is configured to sense the movements of the sense marks. During a drawing process of the drawing hose, at least the sense marks at two ends along the length direction can follow the movement of the drawing hose and be sensed by the sensor. The automatic water discharge control unit correspondingly controls the water discharge to change the water discharge strategy according to the sensing signal of the sensor.

Abstract: An aerosol delivery device is provided that includes an aerosol precursor composition and a quasi-resonant flyback converter configured to cause components of the aerosol precursor composition to vaporize to produce an aerosol. The quasi-resonant flyback converter includes a transformer including an induction transmitter and an induction receiver, a capacitor that with the induction transmitter forms a tank circuit. The quasi-resonant flyback converter also includes a transistor that is switchable in cycles to cause the induction transmitter to generate an oscillating magnetic field and induce an alternating voltage in the induction receiver when exposed to the oscillating magnetic field, the alternating voltage causing the induction receiver to generate heat and thereby vaporize components of the aerosol precursor composition.

Abstract: A preassembled modular vacuum plumbing assembly for attaching a plumbing fixture to a water supply system and to a vacuum-assist waste removal system includes a frame having two upright members and at least one connecting member between the two upright members. At least one water supply conduit is attached to the frame, each water supply conduit having a first end configured for attachment to the water supply system and a second end configured for attachment to the plumbing fixture for providing water from the water supply system to the plumbing fixture. An accumulator is associated with the plumbing fixture for receiving and holding water provided by the at least one water supply conduit to the plumbing fixture. A wastewater outlet conduit is attached to the frame, the wastewater outlet conduit having a first end attached to the accumulator and a second end configured for attachment to the vacuum-assist waste removal system for directing water from the accumulator to the vacuum-assist waste removal system.

Abstract: A seating assembly for use in a pool includes a first frame, a second frame, and a seat. The first frame is substantially rectangular. The second frame is engaged to and extends substantially perpendicularly from the first frame. The second frame engages a pool surround as the first frame is inserted into a pool to engage a sidewall or a bottom of the pool. The seat is engaged to and extends substantially perpendicularly from the first frame so that the seat is positioned below a waterline of the pool. A user can sit upon the seat.
