    Abstract: A cone crusher, including a supporting device being arranged inside a cavity of a main shaft of the crusher. The supporting device is arranged to support a crushing head, and to be vertically displaceable for adjusting the width of a crushing gap. The supporting device has an upper portion enclosed by the crushing head, the upper portion being arranged to provide support to the crushing head. A lower portion extends downwards within the cavity of the main shaft, wherein the upper portion and the lower portion have different outer dimensions as defined transverse to the shaft axis. A pressure-active surface is formed at a transition between the upper portion and the lower portion so as to form a variable-volume compression chamber within the cavity below the pressure-active surface.

The imprinting particles can be of same size, material and shape or they can be of different sizes, material and shapes or the combination thereof for increasing uniqueness.

The controller is configured to: set a release size of the fully formed bale; receive a PTO power consumption signal or an available power signal from a tractor controller; determine a maximum available power based on the received signal; compare the maximum available power to a threshold power; and output a control signal to the apron tensioning system to decrease the baling pressure without changing the release size when the maximum available power is at a predetermined power value, relative to the threshold power.
