In particular implementations, information related to products and/or services may be obtained from a number of data sources. Additionally, information related to intellectual-property assets, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and know-how, may be obtained. In various situations, the intellectual-property assets may be mapped to respective products and/or services. The mappings between the products and/or services and intellectual-property assets may be used to provide intellectual property related services that correspond to the intellectual-property assets, such as valuation services, strategy-related services, or risk-related services.

Crowdsourcing using a tiered peer-to-peer referral incentive system that encourages higher quality inbound leads combined with data analytics and machine learning techniques of identifying high quality referrers and candidates improve success rates, and leveraging online and offline Social and Professional networks creates a frictionless user experience. Tracking technologies and methods inspired by the online advertising industry across a variety of platforms (desktop/handheld/wearable devices) enable improved crowdsourcing and reward strategies.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable enabling online access to encounter data across multiple disparate sources. The method includes providing a synchronizer application configured to access data of a practice group server, receiving, by an aggregator server, a start time and a duration of a healthcare appointment, and determining a completion time of the healthcare appointment. Based on the completion time, the aggregator server transmits a request for encounter data for the healthcare appointment to the synchronizer application and then receives and stores the encounter data in an aggregator database. The aggregator server generates an electronic alert addressed to a computing device accessible by the patient and transmits the alert to the computing device. The aggregator server receives an electronic response to the alert and provides an interactive user interface to the computing device configured to display the encounter data on the computing device.

The platform identifies, using a first model, a selected set of transactions based on the transaction information and the entity information, where the first model outputs information identifying the selected set of transactions based on the selected set of transactions being associated with an event, a theme, or a transaction parameter. The platform determines, using a second model, potential modifications to a document based on the selected set of transactions, where the second model receives the information identifying the selected set of transactions or information identifying the event, the theme, or the transaction parameter, and where the second model outputs information identifying the potential modifications.

The device may receive rules data identifying rules associated with utilization of the content. The device may utilize the metadata to generate digital DNA signatures for the content in near-real time. The device may store, in a repository, the rules data, the content, the digital DNA signatures, and relationships between the digital DNA signatures. The device may receive, from a client device, new content that is generated based on particular content of the content data and new metadata associated with the new content. The device may utilize the new metadata to generate a new digital DNA signature for the new content. The device may process the new digital DNA signature, the rules data, and the digital DNA signatures to determine whether the new content violates one or more rules of the rules data.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for determining evidence authenticity based on a blockchain ledger. The method includes: identifying target electronic evidence, providing a relatively high authenticity reference score for the target electronic evidence in response to that it is determined that the target electronic evidence is stored by at least one candidate blockchain ledger platform, and providing a relatively low authenticity reference score for the target electronic evidence in response to that it is determined that the target electronic evidence is not stored by at least one candidate blockchain ledger platform. If the target electronic evidence corresponds to a relatively high authenticity reference score, it indicates that the identified target electronic evidence has a relatively high degree of authenticity (possibility of being authentic) and a relatively low possibility of being tampered with.

The method can also include validating whether there is consistency of sponsorship between the requested domain name in the first top level domain and the existing domain name in the second top level domain. Additionally, the method can include performing an action related to the requested domain name in the first top level domain if there is consistency of sponsorship. Furthermore, the method can include providing results of the request to a client device.

Abstract: A system and method for capturing and automated processing aerial images of structures to assess structural damage is disclosed. The system comprises a computing system used to obtain images of selected locations associated with known structures at different points in time before and after a natural disaster. The images are used to automatically create three-dimensional models that are used to detect the specific portions of a structure that may be damaged as well as the spatial extent of that damage. In addition, the imagery can be fed into a damage classifier that automatically classifies the degree of damage and generates accurate estimates of repair costs. The system and method may be deployed to quickly assess damage of structures in a disaster area and provide reports of the damage to homeowners and/or insurers.
