Abstract: A platform receives transaction information for an entity, where the transaction information identifies a plurality of transactions associated with the entity, and receives entity information associated with the entity. The platform identifies, using a first model, a selected set of transactions based on the transaction information and the entity information, where the first model outputs information identifying the selected set of transactions based on the selected set of transactions being associated with an event, a theme, or a transaction parameter. The platform determines, using a second model, potential modifications to a document based on the selected set of transactions, where the second model receives the information identifying the selected set of transactions or information identifying the event, the theme, or the transaction parameter, and where the second model outputs information identifying the potential modifications.

Abstract: A vacancy identification (VI) computing device is provided. The VI computing device includes a processor in communication with a memory. The processor generates a storefront profile including a status indicator for a candidate storefront located at a commercial property, stores the storefront profile within the memory, and registers a user to receive notifications for the candidate storefront. The processor also receives transaction data associated with the candidate storefront for a predetermined period of time, determines that the candidate storefront is vacant based on the transaction data, updates the status indicator to indicate that the candidate storefront is vacant, and transmits a notification to the registered user advising the registered user that the candidate storefront is vacant.

The system includes a usage restriction system operable to apply usage restrictions to digital media items and a user interface arranged to receive a user input by a user requesting loan of a digital media item. Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating online interactions between voice talent users and employer users. The online web-based system has a voice talent database module, an open job database module, a negotiation module, and a payment module. The online system allows the employer users to search for a suitable voice talent user, preview the specific voice talent user's demonstration voice clip, and contact the voice talent user. The open job database allows employer users to upload contracts and jobs for which they need voice talent. The payment module allows payment for completed contracts to be exchanged between employer users and voice talent users with the system administrator/operator as a go-between. A matching method may also be used with the system to match voice talent users with open contracts to alert employer users. Targeted invitations to apply for these contracts may then be sent to qualified voice talent users.

The determination unit acquires a delivery status of products purchased by users on a web site and determines whether the access user has received the target product purchased on the web site. The writing control unit permits writing of a review on the target product by the access user after it is determined that the access user has received the target product, and restricts writing of a review on the target product by the access user when it is determined that the access user has not received the target product.

Abstract: Method of facilitating online interactions between voice talent users and second users. Voice talent users upload sample audio files containing voice recordings, and second users can do keyword searches for voice talent users or post jobs that can be searched by voice talent users. A second user sends a partial script to a voice talent user, who makes a voice recording of the partial script and uploads the same. The second user has the option to send a complete script to that voice talent user, and if so, the voice talent users makes a voice recording of the complete script and uploads the same as a final audio file. Upon acceptance of the final audio file and satisfaction of optional milestones established by the second user, a server remote from both users facilitates an electronic transaction between them using the server as an agent for the transaction.

The method and system include: establishing a performance judgement standard; obtaining actual operation data; and determining a performance stage of the complex forming device, and determining the maintenance policy of the complex forming device. The establishing a performance judgement standard includes allocating data located at different performance stages to corresponding working condition units; setting data located at a normal performance stage to normal reference data, and calculating, by using a shortest path algorithm, distances between operation data of different working condition units in different functional modules and the normal reference data, to obtain performance statuses of the different functional modules.

Abstract: Various components are provided to manage a clustered environment. These components include a System Registry that provides a global data storage; a Configuration manager that stores data locally on nodes of the clustered environment and globally within the System Registry; a Liveness component to provide status of communications paths of the cluster; a Group Services component that provides services to one or more other components of the clustered environment; and a Resource Management component that communicates with one or more resource controllers of the clustered environment. Each of the components of the clustered environment has one or more data and/or functional dependencies on one or more other components of the environment. However, relationships between the components are created such that the data and functional dependencies form an acyclic graph (i.e., a cycle of dependency relationships is avoided).
