The second area is collocated in the different CTU with a position of the first area in the CTU of the current block. In response to the determination that the reference block is located in the different CTU, the method also includes, (ii) in response to a determination that the memory location for the reference block is available, retrieving, from the memory location corresponding to the reference block, one or more samples to encode the current block.

The modulation device has a nanosecond-based rise/fall time that is synchronized and delayed with respect to the pulsed beam. The modulation device provides for stroboscopic detection of a volume of the interrogation air region based on the modulated pulses received by the detector and having an exposure time of multiple pulse periods.

Certain frames of the media content may be arranged in a different GOP size as compared to one or more other frames of the media content. By varying the GOP size of the plurality of frames of the media content, the bitrate required to transmit the media content may be decreased without decreasing or substantially decreasing the overall quality of the media content.

One or more cameras of the IHS are utilized to generate a two-dimensional image of the user as they operate the IHS. Landmarks that correspond to physical features of the user are identified through processing of the two-dimensional image generated using the cameras. A time-of-flight sensor of the IHS is utilized to generate a three-dimensional image of the user. The identified physical feature landmarks of the user are overlayed onto the three-dimensional image, thus allowing distances from the IHS to each of the landmarks to be determined. Based on the overlay of the physical feature landmarks onto the three-dimensional image a posture of the user relative to the IHS is determined. The posture may be scored based on the degree to which the user's posture deviates from an ergonomic posture.
