  • Patent number: 11151190
Abstract: A system and method of generating a playlist includes searching an event database having multiple events stored therein. One of the events is identified as corresponding to a user's interest data. A song database is searched. The song database includes at least one song corresponding to the identified event. A playlist corresponding to the identified event is generated. The playlist includes a list of at least one song corresponding to the identified event and a logical link to a recording of the at least one song. • Patent number: 11144608
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to facilitating data model acceleration in association with an external data system. In accordance with aspects of the present disclosure, at a core engine, a search request associated with a data model is received. The data model generally designates one or more fields, from among a plurality of fields, that are of interest for subsequent searches. Thereafter, it is determined that an accelerated data model summary associated with the data model is stored at an external data system remote from the core engine that received the search request. The accelerated data model summary includes field values associated with the one or more fields designated in the data model. A search for the received search request is initiated using the accelerated data model summary at the external data. A set of search results relevant to the search request is obtained and provided to a user device for display to a user.

  • Patent number: 11132361
Abstract: A system for responding to natural language medical queries is provided. The system includes a memory storing a computer program and a processor configured to execute the computer program. The computer program decomposes an input medical related user query into medical related sub-queries using pre-defined proxies, rephrases the sub-queries into yes-no queries answerable with a yes or a no, extracts feature values from the yes-no queries and a relational database storing clinical records, generates a feature vector from the extracted feature values, and applies the feature vector along with desired output labels to a supervised machine learning algorithm to generate a classifier configured to answer a new medical related user query.

  • Patent number: 11120064
Abstract: A data records service is configured to receive original data records and, in parallel, generate a transliterated version of the original data record into a phonetic based language. Individual fields of data records can be transliterated by identifying a primary language, generating language specific tokens for individual text portions, and transliterating the token. The records processing service can then execute matching models on both original data records and transliterated data records to detect matching data records.

  • Patent number: 11106741
Abstract: A journal of operations persistently stores a collection of user and machine interactions with documents, concepts within documents, and relationships/mentions among such documents and concepts. A knowledge graph or other visual expression can be used to provide an interactive format for user interactions with this information, and to visually display the accumulated information in the journal of operations on user's device of choice. Such accumulations are often called aggregations or aggregates. Both human users and computer users such as automated recommendation engines, machine learning algorithms, and the like can interact with the journal of operations to facilitate computer-assisted discovery and organization of data around a topic of interest to the human user. The resulting journal of operations and aggregations of those operations such as a knowledge graph or other visual expression(s) also provides a useful medium for sharing knowledge with other users and collaborating on investigation of a topic.

  • Patent number: 11093538
Abstract: A method of disambiguating user intent in conversational interactions for information retrieval is disclosed. The method includes providing access to a set of content items with metadata describing the content items and providing access to structural knowledge showing semantic relationships and links among the content items. The method further includes providing a user preference signature, receiving a first input from the user that is intended by the user to identify at least one desired content item, and determining an ambiguity index of the first input. If the ambiguity index is high, the method determines a query input based on the first input and at least one of the structural knowledge, the user preference signature, a location of the user, and the time of the first input and selects a content item based on comparing the query input and the metadata associated with the content item.

  • Patent number: 11055267
Abstract: In a computer-implemented method for proactive handling of an index update, a data point is received at an ingestion node of a time series data monitoring system. It is determined whether an update to a local index of the ingestion node is necessitated based on the data point and the local index. Provided the update to the local index is necessitated, an index entry corresponding to the data point in the local index is updated based on the data point. The index entry corresponding to the data point is marked with a volatile indicator, the volatile indicator indicating that receipt of an index update to a corresponding index entry at a durable index of the time series data monitoring system is unconfirmed. The index update to the durable index corresponding to the data point is initiated.

  • Patent number: 11010421
Abstract: A computer-implemented technique is described herein for performing an image-based search that allows a user to create a custom query image that expresses the user's search intent. The technique generates the query image based on one or more input images and/or one or more information items that describe at least one desired characteristic of the query image. The technique then submits the query image to a search engine, and, in response, receives a set of candidate images that match the query image. In one implementation, the technique constructs the query image using a decoder neural network that operates on a mixed latent variable vector. In one approach, the technique uses a generative adversarial network (GAN) to produce the decoder neural network.
