  • Patent number: 11176106
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed that perform dynamic database schema modification. A database system may receive a request to change a schema. In response to receiving the request to perform the dynamic schema modification, the database system may complete pending transactions and begin modifying the database schema. Any requests to access the database received prior to completion of the modification may be paused, thereby allowing the database to remain online and continue receiving requests while the modification is in progress. After completion of the modification, the paused requests may be resumed.

  • Patent number: 11030268
Abstract: In response to receiving a request for visiting a first web task associated with a website, a first task node is generated at a breadcrumb root node in a tree structure. In response to sequentially receiving requests for multiple subtasks of the first web task, multiple subtask nodes of the first task node are sequentially established in the tree structure. The subtask nodes of the multiple subtask nodes of the first task node are sequentially connected to the first task node according to a sequential order of the sequentially received requests for the multiple subtasks of the first web task. The multiple subtask nodes of the first task node are processed based a policy of the first web task, which includes dynamically reconfiguring the multiple subtask nodes of the first task node in response to the user's visitation of one or more subtask nodes of the multiple subtask nodes.

  • Patent number: 11030162
Abstract: A distributed processing management apparatus analyzes a source file, extracts a reference item name of a reference item that is referenced in processing, and then generates a deletion program describing a process of deleting, from each of plural records, data of a non-reference item having an item name other than the reference item name. Further, the distributed processing management apparatus generates an insertion program describing a process of inserting, in each of the records, dummy data in the position where the data of the non-reference item was located. Then, the distributed processing management apparatus causes plural servers to execute distributed parallel processing based on processing program. When transmitting records, the servers delete data from the records to be transmitted according to the deletion program, before the transmission. When records are received, the servers insert dummy data into the received records according to the insertion program.

  • Patent number: 10970334
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention include method, systems and computer program products for obtaining a scene from a database. Aspects of the invention include receiving a search request for a scene stored in a database including annotated video content. One or more keywords are extracted from the search request. Extended keywords are generated for each keyword. The extended keywords and keywords are compared to the annotated video content to identify target scenes including target scene annotations. A confidence rating is assigned to each of the target scenes based at least in part on a correlation between the target scene annotations for each of the target scenes and the extended keywords and keywords. And at least one of the target scenes are displayed to the user, wherein the at least one of the target scenes is determined based on the confidence ratings.

  • Patent number: 10929461
Abstract: This application is directed to a method for automatically identifying and transferring relevant image data implemented at a server with a processor and memory including one or programs executable by the processor. The server obtains content items from a personal content collection of a user, analyzes the content items to identify attributes associated with the images, generates rule sets based on the identified attributes, applies the generated rule sets to a plurality of unclassified images, identifies a first set of one or more of the unclassified images, associates each image of the first set with the content items and stores the first set in the personal content collection. A second set of unclassified images is placed in a candidate list to be periodically, without user intervention, monitored and updated for storing in the personal content collection. The generated rule sets are updated after images are stored in the content collection.

  • Patent number: 10885002
Abstract: A recipe management system includes a versioning system that tracks the revision history of templates and their child instances. Modifications to templates and instances create new records with new primary key identifiers and version identifiers. However, each new version of a template or instance has the same root identifier as the prior versions. When a template is modified, a flag is set in its child instances, but they are not modified automatically. When an instance is modified, it has no effect on the parent template. At runtime, a recipe model is loaded to an equipment model to execute a recipe on a piece of equipment. Only approved versions of equipment models are used during execution, even if newer versions exist. During execution, new equipment models can be created. The recipe management system includes an execution engine that can be hosted as a standalone executable or in a system platform.

  • Patent number: 10769200
Abstract: A user can capture an image of a text object of interest and have that image submitted for processing. The image can be pre-processed to improve quality and then submitted to an optical character recognition process to identify the words, characters, or strings in the image. At least some of these results can be submitted as a query to a search engine to obtain potential matches. In order to improve the accuracy of the results, information such as the titles for the results can be compared against each recognized word, character, or string from the image, including the ordering of those elements. An updated relevancy score can then be generated based on the full, ordered set. The recognized text is also analyzed to attempt to recognize model numbers or other identifiers that can be weighted more heavily as being indicative of accurate matches. Matches are selected from the re-ranked results.
