The outer casing is movable relative to the base seat between a close position where the outer casing covers the mouthpiece and where the first switch is actuated such that electric power is prevented from being supplied from the battery to the first circuit board, and an open position where the outer casing uncovers the mouthpiece and where the second switch is actuated such that electric power is supplied from the battery to the first circuit board.

Abstract: The present application provides a merchandiser for dispensing a number of products. The merchandiser may include an ambient compartment with a number of ambient product columns with a number of ambient products therein, an X-Y drive device positioned beneath the ambient compartment, and a temperature controlled compartment positioned beneath the X-Y drive device, the temperature controlled compartment including a number of temperature controlled product columns with a number of temperature controlled products therein. The X-Y drive device receives an ambient product from one of the ambient product columns of the ambient compartment and delivers the ambient product to one of the temperature controlled product columns of the temperature controlled compartment.

Abstract: A dispensation system having a hopper that is located remote to the remainder of the dispensation system. The hopper can be located remote from a delivery system and a conveyor or other transmitting device can connect the hopper to the delivery system. The hopper can therefore be located in an area that is more accessible or less valued than the area in which the products or objects are dispensed, allowing a more efficient product distribution system.

Abstract: A destacker wheel is provided for a denester where a stack of containers is destacked, one by one, by rotating or partly rotating the destacker wheel about an axis parallel to the stack of containers. The destacker wheel comprises a stack carrying surface for carrying the stack of containers connected to an inclined surface. A slit orthogonal to a rotation axis is provided between the carrying surface and the inclined surface. The slit has a height in a direction of the rotation axis corresponding to the thickness of a flange of the containers. An ejector surface follows below and at least partly behind the inclined surface in the direction of rotation. The ejector surface commences with an edge arranged substantially radially to the axis of rotation. The edge is above the level of the slit. The inclined surface has a side surface between the inclined surface and the slit.

Abstract: A method for loading a stack of interfolded paper units into a dispenser includes inserting a stack of interfolded paper units into an interior volume of the dispenser through a dispenser opening.
