An exemplary method comprises receiving, at a server, a request for a device verification value for a portable consumer device associated with a user; obtaining, at the server, a datum indicative of a device verification value for a portable consumer device; and sending, from the server, the datum to at least one of a phone number or network address of a personal communication device associated with the user.

Abstract: A radio channel control method includes: collecting a real-time user experience index for access to a media service by a user terminal, and collecting a media service transmission parameter of the media service provided by a server; determining whether the real-time user experience index is less than a user experience index defined in a user experience level of an ordered traffic package of the user terminal, and if the real-time user experience index is less than the user experience index defined in the user experience level of the ordered traffic package of the user terminal, calculating, by using the real-time user experience index and the media service transmission parameter, a radio channel parameter that is required by the user experience index; and transmitting the radio channel parameter to a core network device.

Abstract: A financial institution computing system includes a network interface structured to communicate data over a network, a user database configured to store information to a plurality of users, and a processing circuit comprising a processor and a memory. The memory is structured to store instructions that are executable by the processor and cause the processor to retrieve a user transaction history associated with the user payment account from the user database, determine a baseline level of user spending based on the user transaction history, receive, by the network interface, user activity information pertaining to the user, determine that the received user activity information is indicative of a predetermined level of user spending relative to a baseline level of user spending, and transmit, by the network interface, an alert to a user computing device associated with the user responsive to the determination.

Abstract: Features related to systems and methods for predictive estimation for network inventory planning for items for distribution through a multi-echelon network are disclosed. The problem may be modeled to account for demand for an item that may be satisfied by fulfillment centers within the network. The model considers benefits to ensuring adequate inventory to meet expected demand streams along with any savings accruing from a lower transfer and salvage costs.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed towards systems and methods for generating a financial summary, which comprises identifying a first set of data items derived from one or more financial documents associated with an entity and a second set of data items derived from historical data associated with the entity. The systems and methods of the present disclosure then compare one or more data items of each set of data and select selecting a pre-defined reporting pattern based on the comparison, the selected pre-defined reporting pattern indicative of a possible financial result of the entity. A third set of data items supporting the selected pre-defined reporting pattern is then generated from the first and second sets of data items and a financial summary of the one or more financial documents is computed using the selected pre-defined reporting pattern and the third set of data items.

Abstract: The present invention discloses methods, systems, and tools for evaluating a number of value significance measures of ontological subjects of compositions or networks. The method breaks a composition into its constituent ontological subjects of different orders and builds a participation matrix indicating the participation of ontological subjects of the composition in other ontological subjects, i.e. the partitions, of the composition. Using the participation information of the OSs into each other, an association strength matrix is built from which the value significance measures of the partitions of the composition are calculated. The methods systematically calculate the value significances of the ontological subjects of different orders of the composition. Various systems for implementing the methods and some exemplary applications and services are disclosed.

Abstract: An adjustable tenant billing to cost mechanism is provided as a platform service from a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) layer within a distributed multi-tenant computing environment. A set of client-application billing measures of multi-tenant computing services of at least one software-as-a-service (SaaS) application operating in a SaaS layer and a set of service-provider cost factors of different types of platform and infrastructure components operating in an infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) layer are analyzed. The set of defined relationships is adjusted in accordance with the analysis using a feedback mechanism within the distributed multi-tenant computing environment.

Abstract: A merchant system including an order management application and method of integrating orders received from multiple ordering channels is described. An aggregated order queue is established including multiple orders from multiple different ordering channels. The orders are processed for fulfillment and a delivery channel is selected from multiple delivery channels for delivery of the one or more items of the order. The multiple orders, regardless of the ordering channel originating the order, and delivery channels may be managed via a single user interface.

Abstract: The present invention is a method and apparatus for a first user to purchase a controlled product. The first user creates an order and specifies the set of conditions that the second user must meet to satisfy the order. The second user satisfies those conditions then can access an authorization from a third user prior to submitting a bid to supply the order. The first user can accept the bid then authorize payment. The first user and second user can confirm the product was delivered to the first user.

The unit contains compartments for each product type in multiple controlled temperature zones with sensors to track product status and content. For instance, a plurality of application fragments may include a first application fragment and a second application fragment that each correspond to a portion of a mobile game application. When streaming the first application fragment to the mobile device, a system may determine that the second application fragment follows the first application fragment based on a fragments relationship data structure. The fragments relationship data structure may associate the first application fragment with the second application fragment based on an analysis of the fragment information that indicates that the second application fragment follows the first application fragment during operation of the mobile game application. The system may stream the second application fragment to the mobile device based on the determination that the second application fragment follows the first application fragment.

Abstract: An inventory management system is described. The inventory management system may be configured to determine a head or eye level of an operator interacting with a storage structure. As part of this process, visual image data, thermal image data, or LiDAR data can be obtained and the eyes or head of the operator identified in the obtained data, or the operator may wear a device usable to determine head or eye position. The determined head or eye level can be correlated with a vertical position on a display, and inventory information can be displayed to the operator at the determined level.

Abstract: A user signs into an application via a user computing device at a merchant system location. The user computing device receives an identifier from a beacon device at the location to transmit to an account management system. The account management system transmits facial templates to the merchant camera device for users who are signed in to the application in range of the merchant beacon device. The user approaches a point of sale device to purchase a restricted product or service. The merchant camera device compares a captured facial image against the received facial templates to identify the user. A merchant POS device operator, after determining that the user is eligible for the restricted product or service based on account information of the user, selects a payment account of the user. The merchant POS device transmits transaction details to the account management system, which processes the transaction with an issuer system.
