  • Patent number: 11769351
Abstract: A device may receive transaction data relating to a transaction event associated with a user and a merchant. The transaction data may include a merchant identifier and a transaction amount. The device may process the merchant identifier to determine whether the transaction event is associated with a rate-based service. The device may obtain, based on determining that the transaction event is associated with the rate-based service, location data from a user device associated with the user. The device may determine, based on the location data, a distance or a duration associated with the rate-based service. The device may determine, based on the distance or the duration, a transaction estimate for the rate-based service. The device may determine whether the transaction amount corresponds to the transaction estimate and perform one or more actions based on determining whether the transaction amount corresponds to the transaction estimate.

  • Patent number: 11741418
Abstract: Techniques for selecting a delivery method based on sensor data of an automatic replenishment device (ARD) are described. In an example, a computer system is communicatively coupled with the ARD and receives the sensor data from the ARD. The sensor data is generated by a sensor of the ARD and indicates an amount of an item that is stored by the ARD. The computer system maintains, in a profile, a consumption rate based on the sensor data. The computer system determines that the amount of the item is less than a threshold amount based on the consumption rate and, based on this amount, identifies available delivery methods for a delivery of a replacement amount of the item. The computer system selects one of the delivery methods based on the consumption rate and causes the delivery of the replacement amount of the item based on the selected delivery method.

  • Patent number: 11715061
Abstract: A system and method are presented that utilize an unaltered application programming interface (API) provided by a shipping aggregator to provide a customer-facing aggregation service. Standard shipping aggregator APIs are unable to accept customer-specified ship-from addresses and customer-specified package details. This is especially true when using standard e-commerce platforms. Custom integration programming operates between the e-commerce platform and the unaltered shipping aggregator API in order to provide customer-facing aggregation services. Locker locations also form part of the system, allowing customer-facing aggregation using carrier agnostic lockers for ship-from and ship-to locations.

  • Patent number: 11694124
Abstract: An Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based attribute prediction system generates predictions for attributes of highly customized equipment in response to received user requests. Processed historical data is initially used to generate feature combinations which are then employed along with a plurality of statistical and machine learning (ML) models in order to identify a best scoring model-feature combination in two selection cycles using multiple selection criteria. The predictions for an attribute are generated by the best scoring model and feature combination. Various insights regarding the features affecting the attribute can be additionally derived to provide recommendations to the user.

  • Patent number: 11669783
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide systems and methods for confirming the identity of a passenger and changing destination of a vehicle. This may include receiving dispatching instructions to pick up a first passenger at a pickup location and to drop off the first passenger at a first destination as well as authentication information for authenticating a first client computing device of the first passenger. Once the client device is authenticated and a second passenger enters the vehicle, the vehicle is maneuvered towards the first destination. While doing so, a location of the vehicle is compared to location information received from the client computing devices. A notification is sent to a dispatching server based on the comparison and a second destination location is received in response. The vehicle is then maneuvered towards the second destination instead of the first destination.

  • Patent number: 11645612
Abstract: Technologies are described related to the delivery of items utilizing electronic locker arrangements. Systems described herein coordinate and manage the delivery of items by large numbers of couriers using a network of electronic locker arrangements. Implementations are described corresponding to delivering items to an individual via different electronic locker arrangements as the location of the individual changes. The systems can track the location of individuals and as requests to deliver items are received by the systems, the current location of the individuals can be used to determine an electronic locker arrangement to store items for the individuals until the items are picked up. The systems can generate identifiers that uniquely correspond to individuals and their various locations. In these situations, the identifiers can be used by the individuals or by others to have items delivered to the individuals via electronic locker arrangements.
