Abstract: Systems and methods for creating and accessing content items are provided. In some examples, a method can include receiving a user selection of an interface element located in a persistent user interface of an operating system desktop of a client device associated with a user account, identifying, based on a query to a meeting service, a meeting associated with the user account, displaying, in response to the user selection of the interface element, a set of user options for the meeting, the set of user options comprising an option to access a content item for the meeting, receiving a user selection of the option to access the content item for the meeting, and accessing, in response to the user selection, the content item.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a computer-implemented method of responding to an inquiry received electronically at a synchronous conferencing system (SCS). A non-limiting example of the computer-implemented method includes, based at least in part on the inquiry, using a processor of the SCS to generate a script having one or more script computer instructions. The processor is used to execute the script computer instructions to generate script computer instruction results, wherein the script computer instruction results include inquiry response information that is responsive to the inquiry. Based at least in part on the inquiry and the inquiry response information, the processor is used to generate an inquiry response that is responsive to the inquiry.

Abstract: A virtual assistant server receives an utterance from an input mechanism. Upon receiving the utterance, the virtual assistant server, evaluates the utterance to identify a plurality of intents corresponding to the utterance and calculates common scores using natural language processing techniques for each of the identified plurality of intents. The virtual assistant server ranks the identified plurality of intents based on the calculated common scores and based on the ranking identifies a first winning intent and a second winning intent. Subsequently, the virtual assistant server prioritizes one of the first winning intent or the second winning intent to identify a final winning intent based on context information. The virtual assistant server executes the final winning intent and forwards a response to the input mechanism.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of communication technologies, and particularly, to a resource access method and apparatus. In the solution, even if a client cannot directly communicate with an authorization server, the client can still initiate authorization verification to the authorization server by using a resource server. Then, the resource server returns a resource access response to the client when receiving an authorization response returned by the authorization server.

The content recommendation method includes calling a chatbot to a chatroom based on a first user interaction with the chatroom; providing first content corresponding to a second user interaction with the chatroom while the chatbot is in the chatroom; and recommending second content related to the first content.

Abstract: A method is performed at a backend server. The server receives a to-be-processed interaction message from a user interface of a social network platform. The server performs intention classification on the to-be-processed interaction message, to obtain an intention classification result of the to-be-processed interaction message. The server performs semantic analysis on the to-be-processed interaction message when the intention classification result comprises a mini program intention, to determine a message keyword of the to-be-processed interaction message. The server determines a program identifier of a target mini program corresponding to the to-be-processed interaction message according to the message keyword. The server transmits a message processing result based on the program identifier of the target mini program.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for novel uses and/or improvements for designing user-specific interfaces using machine learning models. When a request to display certain data by an application is received, an application token and a user token may be retrieved and combined into a consolidated token. The consolidated token may be input into a machine learning model to obtain a user interface token for an application. The user interface token may indicate user interface settings/configuration desired/preferred by a user. The user interface token may then be sent to the application to cause the application to display the data using user interface configurations within the user interface token.

Abstract: The disclosed subject matter enables a user to construct a selectable link to invite others to launch directly into a same session of a multi-user application, such as a game or party. The inviting user may construct the link without ever launching the multi-user application. Subsequently, both the inviting and invited users may share the link with others using any conventional form of electronic communication.

Abstract: Traditional messaging applications (such as email, social networking platforms, text, instant messaging, chat, etc.) are ill-equipped for collaboration. For instance, a sender and recipients corresponding regarding a topic are often required to exchange multiple messages. As a result, determining a consensus regarding the topic or summarizing the collaboration is difficult and cumbersome. Moreover, when links are included in messages, recipients are required to navigate away from the messaging application to view the linked content. A messaging application is provided that may be configured to enable users to dynamically collaborate regarding links or data within a sent message or a receive message. In aspects, a collaborative user experience (UX) is provided, which may be an interface within a message that enables real-time collaboration between a sender and one or more recipients regarding message content—without exchanging additional messages or navigating away from the messaging application.

The second event occurs at a second time, as measured by a local clock. Because of clock error, the first time is later than the second time. Based on the first time being later than the second time, an alternate second time, that is based on the first time, is used as the time of the second event. When a third system determines the order of the two events, the first time is obtained from the first computer, and the alternate second time is obtained from the second computer, and the order of the events is determined based on a comparison of the two times.

Abstract: Provided are systems and methods of a chatbot that can response on behalf of a first user during a three-way chat communication including multiple users and the chatbot. In one example, the method may include receiving a chat message transmitted from a first user device to a second user device, determining, via a machine learning model, an intent of the received chat message, detecting a suggested response based on the determined intent and external data, determining a confidence value for the suggested response based on a source of the suggested response, and outputting the suggested response when the confidence value is above a predetermined threshold via a chatbot of the chat application that is displayed within a user interface of the chat application on the second user device.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a request from a client device to establish a first computing session for a first resource hosted on a virtual machine (VM). The method includes generating a session transfer key for accessing a second resource provided by a second resource provider. The method includes issuing instructions, to the VM that hosts the first resource, for establishing a second computing session to host the second resource, wherein the instructions include a mapping of the session transfer key to a session identifier. The method includes providing the instructions to the client device to establish the second computing session for the second resource without input for the second resource from the user of the client device. The establishment of the second computing session being between the VM and the second resource provider and based on the mapping of the session transfer key to the session identifier.

Abstract: In certain embodiments, document-based resolution of user inquiries may be facilitated. A predicted intent of the user is determined based on chat activity information associated with the user. A response to a user inquiry may be provided to the user via a chat interface based on the predicted intent. User response may be obtained for the response, which may indicate a failure in providing a resolution to the user (e.g., regarding a user inquiry). Upon detecting a failure in providing the resolution, a document associated with the user and matching the predicted intent may be obtained and presented to via the chat interface. The document may have content related to the predicted intent. The document may be presented as a response to the user response to seek a confirmation from the user regarding its relevance to the user inquiry.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to facilitating routing of communications. More specifically, techniques are provided to dynamically transfer messaging between a network device and a terminal device to a type of bot based on intents identified from the messaging. Further, techniques are provided to track performance of the selected type of bot during automation.

Abstract: An advocacy system uses trained machine learning models to create messages that are sent to advocates or policymakers to achieve desired outcomes for an organization. Desired outcomes can include, for example: an advocate sending a message to a policymaker or legislative representative advocating in favor or the organization's position on an issue; a policymaker acting or voting in favor of the organization's position on an issue; or an advocate making a financial contribution to the organization. The machine learning models can be configured to select possible message characteristics or features that the system will include/use in creating/sending messages to/for individual senders and recipients. The machine learning models can be trained based on message characteristics, personal profile characteristics of senders/recipients, and outcomes from previously sent messages.

The graph may be linked with another graph. There may be one or more traversal paths through the graph. The computing device may represent each traversal path as a row in a database table. A computing device may display a graphical user interface that allows a user to add, edit, and/or delete nodes and/or edges of the graph. The user interface may also allow the user to compare two or more graphs. The user interface may generate visualizations of traversal paths of a response graph.

Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating shared access-right evaluation using linked communication channels are provided. A first communication can be received over a first communication link from a first user device, and a second communication can be received over a second communication link from a second user device. The first and second communications can include requests for the assignment of access rights. Map data can be generated and transmitted to each of the first and second user devices. Each user device can display a visual representation of access-right data. Further, a communication session can be facilitated between the first user device and the second user device. The communication session can be presented on the visual representation for each user device so that the first user and the second user can collaboratively evaluate access rights.

Abstract: Techniques for modifying a period of time that data, associated with a characteristic, transmitted via a communication platform is retained are described. A data retention rule can include a first period of time for retaining data transmitted via the communication platform, in association with an organization. The first user can additionally establish a specific data retention rule associated with data associated with a particular characteristic. The specific data retention rule can include an instruction to store communications including the particular characteristic for a second time period that is different from the first time period associated with the data retention rule. The communication platform can receive data from a second user computing device associated with the second user of the organization. Based on a determination that the data is associated with the characteristic, the communication platform can store the data according to the data retention rule specified for such data.
