Abstract: Provided are systems and methods for an interactive bot for multi-way communication. In one example, the method may include displaying a user interface including a communication session between a first user, a second user, and a chatbot, detecting, via a user interface, a request submitted by the first user to the second user via the user interface, determining, via a machine learning model, a response to the request based on a type of object associated with the communication session, and determining a confidence value of the determined response, and outputting a message from the chatbot via the user interface which includes the determined response, in response to the confidence value of the determined response being above a predetermined threshold value.

Abstract: A method is provided that provides information exchange between mobile devices that are near each other. Upon determining that a first mobile device is located near a second mobile device, information is exchanged between a first virtual personal assistant associated with the first mobile device and a second virtual personal assistant associated with the second mobile device. The information is compared to identify an overlapping topic in the information. If there is overlapping information, the users of the mobile devices are alerted to the overlapping topic.

Abstract: A method includes monitoring unstructured data related to a configuration item in a relevant source, analyzing the data using a natural language processing system, and determining that the configuration item has an event wherein the configuration item is to be maintained in response to the analysis of the data. The method also includes designating that the configuration item is in a maintenance mode and suppressing alerts related to the configuration item while the configuration item is in the maintenance mode.

The machine learning models can be configured to select possible message characteristics or features that the system will include/use in creating/sending messages to/for individual senders and recipients. The machine learning models can be trained based on message characteristics, personal profile characteristics of senders/recipients, and outcomes from previously sent messages.

A media distribution device communicates with the media delivery subsystems via the communications network. The media delivery subsystems transmit temporal priority messages to the media distribution device. A temporal priority message is used to indicate a temporal priority of a media item from the perspective of the media delivery subsystem associated with the message. The media distribution device manages transfers of broadcast content from one media delivery subsystem to another media delivery subsystem in accordance with the temporal priority messages.

Abstract: In some aspects, the disclosure is directed to methods and systems for latency-aware social networking. A media stream may be provided to a plurality of client devices, and transmission and processing latencies between each client device and one or more servers may be measured. Client devices may be organized into groups according to latency windows and, in some implementations, numbers of devices. A social networking system may provide real-time chat functionality to grouped client devices. Groups may be dynamically reorganized by latency and number as network and processing latencies change.
