When displayed in the condensed view, which consumes less than fifty percent of a display screen, the unified communications application is employable by a user thereof to participate in real-time conversations/meetings with contacts of the user.

Abstract: A method of delivering data from an energy industry or formation operation includes: receiving a data set representing parameter values generated during at least a portion of the operation; generating at least one data structure on a display area, the at least one data structure providing a visual representation of at least a portion of the data set; selecting a visual indicator associated with each of the at least one data structure, the visual indicator including information identifying an associated data structure; iteratively determining a suitable location for placement of the visual indicator on the display area by a processor using a probabilistic algorithm; and generating the display including the visual indicator located at the suitable position.

Specifically, the present methods and user interface provide an efficient and consistent means for configuring ventilatory settings for a new patient. Specifically, the ventilator may be preconfigured with appropriate parameter settings based on an institution-specific protocol, a physician-specific protocol, or other suitable protocol or specification. Indeed, the present disclosure provides an institution and/or physician with increased control over routine ventilatory settings by pre-configuring the ventilator with these routine settings. Further, the present disclosure provides increased assurance as to the consistency of the routine ventilatory settings by eliminating repeated data entry by clinicians, decreasing the chances of error.

Abstract: A method for providing a list of contents and a display apparatus applying the same are provided. The method displays images corresponding to a plurality of items included in a specific category of contents. If one of the displayed images is selected, a list of contents included in the item corresponding to the selected image is displayed. Accordingly, a user can easily identify what the item represents by viewing the image corresponding to the item.

Abstract: A content syndication platform, such as a web content syndication platform, manages, organizes and makes available for consumption content that is acquired from the Internet. In at least some embodiments, the platform can acquire and organize web content, and make such content available for consumption by many different types of applications.
