  • Patent number: 11794044
Abstract: A method of forming and maintaining GPS tracked and mapped environmentally-clean chemical-based firebreaks and fire protection zones on, over and/or about property surfaces that proactively inhibit fire ignition and flame spread when exposed to wild fire. The method involves wirelessly connecting a GPS-tracking anti-fire (AF) liquid spraying system to a wireless communication network supporting a network database. The GPS-tracking anti-fire liquid spraying system is used to spray particular GPS-specified ground surfaces with an environmentally-clean anti-fire chemical liquid so to form an environmentally-clean chemical firebreak over the GPS-specified property surfaces, while generating GPS-coordinate and time/date stamped data records pertaining to the application of the environmentally-clean anti-fire chemical liquid spray during the formation of the environmentally-clean chemical firebreak or fire protection zone.

  • Patent number: 11794198
Abstract: Nozzles for an air duct arrangement of an air conveying system may include a first outlet nozzle that is divided into a plurality of chambers are disclosed. The plurality of chambers formed by the outlet provide for a more uniform flow of air exiting the outlet, which generates a greater induced air flow in an associated section of duct. An orientation of a second outlet relative to an inlet of the nozzle provides for a reduced head loss within the nozzle, thereby providing for reduced backpressure within the nozzle and, consequently, a reduced power consumption associated with generating a desired airflow through the nozzle.

  • Patent number: 11779948
Abstract: Described herein is a bounce-reducing cover assembly that is positioned on the top of the cover and riser of a sprinkler to achieve a similar golf ball bounce characteristic as typical golf course turf. The cover assembly has a top surface that is composed of a plurality of vertical fingers or posts, which help achieve the desired bounce characteristics with a golf ball. Specifically, these fingers are flexible and provide some “give” so as to absorb some of the force from an incoming golf ball. Depending on the durometer of the material, size of the fingers, and spacing of the fingers, different bounce characteristics can be achieved.

  • Patent number: 11779943
Abstract: A nozzle attachment and method for its use is provided. The nozzle attachment can be affixed to a fluid outlet. The nozzle attachment is constructed and arranged to increase the total output flow, flux, of the fluid outlet by using the high velocity directional fluid flow from the outlet to create a pressure differential between the flow and the surrounding medium, thereby causing fluid particles from the surrounding medium to be drawn into the fluid flow. The nozzle attachment comprises a nozzle attachment fixation element, a funnel element, and a frame connector extending between the nozzle attachment fixation element and the funnel element. The nozzle attachment has many applications and uses.
