  • Patent number: 11315187
Abstract: A preset alert trigger event associated with a wealth management application operated on an electronic device is detected. In response to detecting the preset alert trigger event, the electronic device obtains a physiological characteristic parameter characterizing an emotion of a target user. The electronic device determines that a preset normal emotion fluctuation condition is not satisfied according to the physiological characteristic parameter. In response to determining that the normal emotion fluctuation condition is not satisfied, a risk alert on a wealth management action of the target user performed in the wealth management application is output.

  • Patent number: 11308466
Abstract: A method performed by a processor of a provider computing system includes allowing an account holder at the provider to initiate a transaction with the provider remotely (e.g., via smartphone, online banking, etc.), by submitting a request for a specified transaction to be picked up in a lockbox at a provider's lockbox location. The pickup and completion of the account holder's requested transaction occurs at a lockbox location that has a plurality of lockboxes. The lockbox allows the account holder to access the facility at the account holder's leisure, both in time and location. The lockbox pickup service alleviates the uncertainty, fluctuating time cost, and inconvenient operating hours by allowing the account holder to request transactions with an easy to use interface resulting in a lockbox to be accordingly prepped so that the account holder can provide the proper authentication information and access the lockbox.

  • Patent number: 11270395
Abstract: A system for building a data table of travel-related data and using the data table to reduce false declines when processing payment transactions is provided. The system includes a travel identifier (TI) computing device configured to receive transaction data that includes travel-related data and cardholder identifiers, the transaction data associated with transactions initiated by a cardholder, identify the travel-related data for the cardholder, and build a data table for storing one or more records within an itinerary data source using the travel-related data. The TI computing device is also configured to receive current transaction data for a current transaction initiated by the cardholder including a current transaction location and a current transaction date. The TI computing device is further configured to authenticate the current transaction data by electronically matching the current transaction location and the current transaction data to the data table stored in the itinerary data source.

  • Patent number: 11232516
Abstract: A system may include a processor that may receive account information having a plurality of transactions associated with a bank account. The processor may then determine an expected burn rate of funds based on the account information, determine an expected savings balance at a first time based on the account information and the expected burn rate, generate an event in response to the expected savings balance being below a threshold, and send an alert including the event to a computing device associated with the user. The alert may indicate a status of the expected savings balance via an electronic display of the computing device.

  • Patent number: 11062414
Abstract: Methods and systems for identifying autonomous vehicle users are described herein. An autonomous vehicle may receive a request to transport a first user to a first destination location. While travelling along a route to the first destination location, the autonomous vehicle may receive a request to pick up a second user at a second starting location and transport the second user to a second destination location. The autonomous vehicle may travel to the second starting location when the second user is within the threshold distance of the autonomous vehicle. Upon arriving at the second starting location, the autonomous vehicle may detect whether a person approaching the vehicle is the second user by detecting a biometric identifier for the person. As a result, the second user may be allowed to enter the autonomous vehicle and/or the autonomous vehicle may begin travelling to the second destination location.

  • Patent number: 11055703
Abstract: In some examples, a first node is able to communicate with one or more second nodes for participating in a consensus system. The first node may receive, from a computing device, a request to execute a first smart contract associated with a first blockchain. The first node may invoke execution of the first smart contract to cause the first smart contract to execute a transaction by reading at least a portion of transaction data from the first blockchain as a transaction result. Further, the first node may check whether a simulation indicator has been set, which indicates that an expiration time of the first smart contract has been reached. Based on determining that the first smart contract has the simulation indicator set, the first node refrains from writing the transaction result to the blockchain as a valid transaction result and sends the transaction result to the computing device.

  • Patent number: 11010737
Abstract: Systems and methods for provisioning a mobile device are described. Provisioning of a mobile device may include binding the device to financial account(s) associated with a financial institution computing system or binding an application installed on the device to the financial account(s). Such systems and methods may use ATMs to facilitate communication with the device and retrieve a unique identifier. The unique identifier, whether received from the ATM or through another communication channel, may be used to further verify the identity of a user of the device as well as verify that the device belongs to or is being used by the same user that has the financial. Once the user is verified and the mobile device is determined to belong to or used by the user, the mobile device can be provisioned by binding either the entire device or an application on the device to the financial account(s).

  • Patent number: 10572954
Abstract: Disclosed methods and systems provide domain-specific incremental search results for search query terms with a customer self-service system for a financial management system, according to one embodiment. Incremental search results are search results that are generated for search query terms, as a user enters the search query terms as part of a search query to a customer self-service system, according to one embodiment. The customer self-service system receives search query terms (e.g., a partial search query) in a search text box, searches user content (e.g., business transactions, personal transactions, etc.) and customer self-service system content for content that is relevant to the search query terms, and provides incremental search results navigation links within a results text box to enable users to easily see search results (e.g., transaction records) and to enable users to navigate to transactions records or other user content, from the results text box, according to one embodiment.

  • Patent number: 10546348
Abstract: A method, system, and non-transitory computer readable medium for removing noise ngrams from transaction records. The method may include obtaining noise ngrams; ordering the noise ngrams based on frequency of occurrence; discarding a portion of the noise ngrams below a frequency threshold to obtain a higher frequency subset of the noise ngrams; obtaining a transaction record of interest; and identifying a portion of the higher frequency subset within the transaction record of interest. Identifying the portion of the higher frequency subset may include constructing a regular expression based on the higher frequency subset; constructing a finite state machine based on the regular expression; providing the transaction record of interest as an input to the finite state machine; and executing the finite state machine. The method may also include removing, based on the identification, the portion of the higher frequency subset from the transaction record of interest.
