Abstract: An educational device comprising a game board demarcated with a plurality of positions, each position having associated with it and actuator, actuation of which causes the communication device to provide instruction to the player as to what the player is supposed to do. A player can activate a random number generator to determine how many positions to move. Once instruction has been received, the player utilizes game pieces on the game board to execute the instruction. By going through this process, any player can learn a particular skill or gain particular knowledge that can be applied in life.

Abstract: A game board and game apparatus is provided with the game board including a network of paths that originate at a starting point and which lead to a performing stage. The network of paths is specifically designed to be a tool utilized functionally by the players in conjunction with the other structural elements of the invention to stop opposing players from achieving the object of the game, thus affecting the length of the game. The overall theme of the game revolves around a touring band and the object of the game is to arrive on the performing stage with a certain number of band members and with band equipment. Forming a part of the game is a series of tokens that are moved along the network of paths.

Abstract: A competitive table game includes a rapidly spinning game wheel, an annular collection area, a base, and a plurality of rollable playing pieces. The game wheel is rotatably connected onto the base while the annular collection area is concentrically positioned around the game wheel. During each game, the players roll the plurality of rollable playing pieces on a smooth top surface of the game wheel as the plurality of rollable playing pieces is tangentially positioned on the smooth top surface and released attempting to match the linear velocity at the respective position on the game wheel. Then the plurality of rollable playing pieces moves across the smooth top surface and drops into the annular collection area, where the winner of each game is determined according to the game rules of each different game and the positioning of the plurality of rollable playing pieces. Other embodiments are described and shown.

Abstract: A realistic professional team sports board game, including an On-The-Roll mechanism where, once play begins, real time play continues, generally against a clock, opposing teams continue to roll dice continuing sub-play actions or elements, until a play is completed, as by a touchdown, tackle and a series of rules and charts, based on statistical compilation that maps various combinations of offensive and defensive strategies and dice rolls into realistic game situations and the progression among them. Both teams: secretly choose a strategy, generally by selecting a card placed face down; roll dice; reveal strategy choices by turning cards face up; determine a situation chart to consult, and further determine which result is selected from within the chart, based on some combination of which cards were played and the results of the dice rolls. A variety of play cards affect the overall game momentum of either team.

Abstract: A ball for use in teaching proper throwing or pitching techniques in baseball or softball is disclosed. The ball provides an internal mechanism by way of a snap device or a channel having a shiftable weighted material to provide both an audible and visible indication of when a proper wrist snap release of the ball has occurred. The internal mechanisms disclosed can be incorporated into newly manufactured baseballs or softballs or placed into preexisting balls.

Abstract: A toy apparatus including a guide having one or more tracks; a helical spring coil having first and second ends and a plurality of turns (T) situated about and defining a center axis between first and second ends of the helical coil spring; and/or a coupler which couples the and second ends of the helical spring coil to each other so as to form center opening configured to receive the one or more tracks, wherein an outer surface of one or more of the plurality of turns is in contact with the one or more tracks so that the helical coil spring rotates in a substantially poloidal direction about the central axis when traveling axially along the guide.

Abstract: A flying disk toy includes an annular inner ring centered on the axis and connected with an outer ring, and a flexible material secured to the inner ring and creating a trampoline surface. The inner ring is detachably received in a groove in the outer ring. The groove has an undercut, and the inner ring has a portion including relatively movable flanges that engage in the undercut in the groove to resist removal of the inner ring from the groove.

Abstract: A track set is provided, the track set having: a toy vehicle; a toy airplane; a launcher for launching the toy airplane; a trigger mechanism coupled to the launcher, wherein the trigger mechanism is located in a portion of a track path of the track set; and wherein actuation of the trigger mechanism by the toy vehicle as it travels along the track path launches the toy airplane from the launcher towards an indicator mechanism configured to be contacted by the toy vehicle traveling along the track path and the toy airplane after it has been launched from the launcher.

Abstract: A game is playable in two phases. In a first phase, a player is required to perform certain tasks, after which the player earns a collectible item. In a second phase, the player uses the earned collectible item to play a board game. The first phase may include multiple stages, and the game may be constructed such that a game piece is awarded for completing each stage. Alternatively, the collectible item may be awarded only after completing the last stage. Certain tasks may comprise at least one of solving problems, achieving certain goals, answering questions, solving puzzles, etc.

Abstract: A folding toy figurine includes a lid formed from a flat foldable stock and has a top wall and side walls when it is folded into erect position. The toy also has a box component which is formed from flat foldable stock which, when folded into erect position, has a bottom wall, walls and a hollow interior. At least one of side walls has a small slot therein and a lid fitting snugly over the box component to form a hollow box. The toy has parts that are loosely held inside the box. At least one of the parts is removable from the interior of the box and insertable into said small slot in side wall, from the exterior thereof. The invention also provides a method of making parts with boundaries for insertion into slots.

Abstract: A housing forms an enclosed chamber. A container essentially fills the chamber is fabricated of a crinkle paper or like material adapted to produce a crackling and rustling sound when touched and manipulated by a user. A plurality of objects within the container are fabricated of a rigid material adapted to provide a three dimensional shape to the container and the housing for facilitating the movement of the crinkle paper or like material when manipulated by the user for creating a sound which will attract game during use.

Abstract: A toy figure, with an upper torso; a shoulder flange rotatably mounted on the upper torso; and an extendable arm pivotally mounted to the shoulder flange. The extendable arm may pivot with respect to both the shoulder flange and the upper torso to extend away from the upper torso, and includes an elbow that allows the extendable arm to straighten and bend. The toy figure includes an actuating mechanism disposed within the upper torso that forces the extendable arm to pivot and extend away from the upper torso. A tie rod may interconnect the shoulder flange to a portion of the extendable arm through the elbow so that so that pivotal movement of the arm around the shoulder flange causes the extendable arm to straighten.

Abstract: An embodiment herein includes a baseball having a cover and a core. The cover encapsulates the core and there at least four images on an exterior surface of the cover. At least four of the images do not substantially extend from one of the panels to another one of the panels. The ball may have a profile substantially similar to a conventional ball. A second embodiment of the ball is where the core is weighted in an asymmetric manner. A method of using an embodiment of the ball includes a player calling out a description of the image as the player fields the ball.

The split male-female connector and the split opposing male-female connector both include the base female connector, two female connection rings and two cylinders. An angle connector includes a first connection portion and a second connector portion. The double angle connector includes a first connector portion, a second connector portion and a third connector.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a block toy and a method for producing the same, and in particular to a block with interconnecting edges that can have other blocks connected thereto in succession in three dimensions to form various shapes and a method for producing the same.

Abstract: An educational board game includes a playing board, a plurality of cards, a die and a die launcher. The playing cards are separated into categories and the die has a plurality of colored faces, each color corresponding to a particular category. The die is placed on the launcher and a bellows-type pedal is depressed, thereby launching the die. The color displayed by the die represents the category of card to be taken. Each card has a challenge question or task disposed thereon which a user has to answer or perform. If the user answers the question correctly a game piece is moved on the playing board. The first game piece to advance through the playing board is the winner.

Abstract: A flying toy figurine includes a main body having an upper body portion, a lower body portion and a middle body portion, the middle body portion including a waist portion and a hip portion. A center shaft connects the upper body portion to the lower body portion, and the waist portion and the hip portion are mounted for independent rotation about the center shaft. A motor drives a rotor assembly, including at least two main propeller blades, located in the waist portion in one direction for imparting vertical aerodynamic lift to the figurine. Rotation of the waist portion in one direction causes the hip portion to counter-rotate in the opposite direction. The center shaft is not connected to the waist portion or the hip portion and therefore rotation of the upper body portion and lower body portion remains independent of the rotation of the waist portion and the hip portion.

Abstract: A constructible playhouse may include interchangeable floors, ceilings, posts, and walls. The floors and ceilings may be a plurality of identical plates that may be connected together or stacked in a variety of ways using the posts. The plates may further include channel grooves in which additional accessories and add-ons may connect. The present invention may be easily assembled and disassembled for easy storage and portability.
