Abstract: A pop action toy assembly having a disc with a top surface, a bottom surface, a peripheral edge. The disc is formed to have a first stable configuration and a second stable configuration, wherein the disc can be inverted between the two stable configurations. The disc assumes the first stable configuration when symmetrically bent around a first axis so that its top surface is concave. The disc assumes its second stable configuration when symmetrically bent around a second axis so that the top surface is convex. The first axis and second axis are in the same plane and are generally perpendicular to each other. The invertible pop action toy is manually set into its second stable configuration. The invertible pop action toy is then dropped against a hard surface. Upon impact with the surface, the invertible pop action toy snaps back into its first stable configuration.

Upon determination of a game apparatus and a random selection device, a number of cards and board game gold nuggets are provided to a number of players. An objective in winning the board game is to obtain a predetermined number of matching cards or a highest winning sum total, based on the numeric value of board game points obtained by a player or team in comparison to other players and with consideration to the operations and/or instructions of other game pieces.
Abstract: A stable board book has multiple stiff pages bound together and a stand connected to an end panel for holding the pages vertical when the book is put on a surface and each page is opened. The stand is attached by a hinge to the top cover of the book and by a hinge to the end panel. The end panel is attached by a hinge to the ventral edge of the bottom page of the book. The length of the stand is at least ½ of the length of the cover so that when the pages are opened and leaned against the stand, they will be stable and not fall back down.

Abstract: A board game accessory for use in holding and displaying hexagonally shaped tile pieces is disclosed. The board game accessory comprises a hexagonally shaped frame defining interiorly shaped holding portions for use in the support and replacement of the tile pieces. Additionally, the game board accessory interiorly houses diametrically magnetized solid cylindrical two-pole magnets within each side of its frame such that board game accessory pieces may be magnetically connected and held in place when located adjacent to each other. In use, the board game accessory allows for easy initial set-up and storage while allowing for different game configurations then prior art board game accessories.
Abstract: The board game that allows girls be the first one to complete the makeover of their chosen girl on the sketch pad. Players move around the board trying to land on the designated spots to color or apply make-up to their girl. Abstract: An educational device comprising a game board demarcated with a plurality of positions, each position having associated with it and actuator, actuation of which causes the communication device to provide instruction to the player as to what the player is supposed to do. A player can activate a random number generator to determine how many positions to move. Once instruction has been received, the player utilizes game pieces on the game board to execute the instruction. By going through this process, any player can learn a particular skill or gain particular knowledge that can be applied in life.
Abstract: A water disc toy comprises an upper platter, a lower platter, and a plurality of supports. Both the upper platter and the lower platter comprise a plastic structure with a flat or even slightly convex outer surface which facilitates skipping the device across a water surface. The upper and lower platter are interconnected with the plurality of integral supports. Each support comprises a small cylindrical plastic structure. The area between the upper platter, the lower platter, and the supports is filled with a lightweight foam material which allows the entire device to float in water.
Abstract: A method and apparatus for the display and transport of war gaming models, and more specifically a modular display system having interchangeable display and design panels to present and configure gaming figurines for competition and exhibition.
Abstract: A toy figure is provided that incorporates an articulated armature, the armature including a torso member and multiple limbs, where each limb may be the same or different, and each limb includes at least one limb segment. Each limb segment includes two longitudinal primary plates that intersect approximately orthogonally, and a plurality of substantially parallel secondary plates that intersect with and are approximately orthogonal to both primary plates. The outer edges of the primary and secondary plates of each limb segment substantially define a shape and a volume for that limb portion of the toy figure. The articulated armature is surrounded by a resilient body material to simulate flesh.

The toy includes a frame for resting on a horizontal surface, spaced apart horizontally and extending upwardly from the frame defining an open area therebetween above the frame, and first and second pivoting assemblies at the frame engaging first and second arm members for adjustably pivoting the arm members between varying angles with respect to the frame. A bendable ramp is adjustably supported at the frame, secured to the arm members and sitting in the open area defined by the arm members.
Abstract: In a board- or computer-implemented game, each of two opposing players is associated with a set of markers distinguishable from the markers associated with the other player. The markers are initially set up in an array of mutually perpendicular rows and columns of allowable marker positions, with the markers of each player being in two adjacent rows and a V-shaped pattern composed of two oblique rows extending from an apex toward end markers in a second of the two rows. Players take turns, moving markers to unoccupied allowable positions, optionally jumping their own markers, and optional jumping and capturing an opponent's marker or markers.
