Abstract: Methods, systems, and media for user authentication in hybrid online and real-world environments are disclosed. In one example, a method comprises providing a real-world environment including a display of physically retrievable items available for purchase, detecting the presence of a user device associated with a user in the real-world environment, and storing identity data received from the user device. Interest data for one of the physically retrievable items is identified based on sensed biometric data of the user and an online offering for a comparable online item is automatically implemented without manual operation of the user device. A user identification associated with an online account is derived based on the stored identity data received from the user device and the online offering for the item comparable to the physically retrievable item is provided to the online account associated with the user identification.

Abstract: A color selection image matching system can receive, from a computing device, image data captured by a camera in the user device, where the image data includes one or more colors. The computing device can extrapolate a subset of the colors and receive an indication of a target color to initiate a product search based on the target color. The subset of colors may be determined based on other image data, and selectable color elements may be generated for the subset of colors. In some embodiments, the system may generate a palette of colors visually similar to the target color. The target color and/or palette of colors can be cross-referenced with products colors, based on standardized or quantitative color descriptors, to determine relevant product search results matching the target color, which may be displayed on the user device.

Abstract: A posting platform generates an interface for the purchase demand of real estate assets. The interface includes a visual representation of a geographic region of real estate assets. The visual representation has one or more visual elements of purchasers interested in the real estate assets within the geographic region. The visual elements indicate the purchasers interested in a location within the geographic region at an asset or house level, a neighbourhood level, and a street level, in some embodiments. The visual representation has visual elements for an RTP score for each purchaser of the view or posting of purchasers. The RTP score is calculated based on one or more RTP factors.

Abstract: A service may provide an e-commerce platform through which users may search for, view, and purchase products. To ensure users receive relevant results when querying for particular products or product classes, a list of ranked classes may be generated, from which the query results are based. For example, products may be classified into classes and particular text from search data may be associated with one or more of the products based on click log data. For instance, input text from previously performed queries may be associated with products interacted with following those queries (e.g., products clicked on to view/purchase). Training data that associates the particular text with the respective one or more classes into which the clicked on products are classified may be generated, and in response to receiving a query including the particular text as input, the list of ranked classes may be generated based on the training data.

Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention sets forth a technique for detecting a first user in the autonomous store based on analysis of a first set of images collected by a set of tracking cameras in the autonomous store, creating a first virtual shopping cart for the first user without requiring the first user to establish an identity with the autonomous store, updating the first virtual shopping cart with a set of items in the autonomous store based on observations from a set of sensors of interactions between the first user and the set of items, and automatically performing at least one check-out operation related to the set of items in the first virtual shopping cart upon detecting that a first location of the first user is within proximity of a checkout location in the autonomous store.

Abstract: A multi-platform e-commerce distribution system includes a bi-directional data translation system, a product distribution platform, and a commerce graph API. The bi-directional data translation system extracts product data and translates product data. The product distribution platform includes a product repository of the purchasable products containing information that has been converted into a unified product schema. The bi-directional data translation system translates product information between formats of one or more different merchants and the unified product schema of the product distribution platform. The bi-directional data translation system also translates the product information between the unified product schema of the product distribution platform and one or more formats expected by one or more individual e-commerce platforms.

Abstract: A system, method, and a computer-readable storage device for generating a performance offering for executing an interactive application in a cloud system is described herein. In one aspect, a purchasing request is received from a customer device. The purchasing request may include an interactive application profile of an interactive application that lists a web service utilized by an interactive application. A performance offering for hosting the web service is then generated based on an analysis of a web service benchmark corresponding to the web service and a cloud profile. The cloud profile can characterize computing resources available within a cloud system. The performance offering is then communicated to the customer device as a user selectable menu option.

Abstract: Systems and methods to provide a prioritized shopping system are discussed. For example, a method can include receiving a list of target items, receiving busyness data for a plurality of local merchants, developing a prioritized shopping plan, and communicating the prioritized shopping plan to a mobile device. Each target item in the list of target items can represents a product or service that a user has indicated an interest in purchasing. The prioritized shopping plan is based at least in part on the busyness data and the list of target items. Busyness data provides an indication of traffic levels within at least a portion of the plurality of local merchants.

Abstract: Online products and priorities of the online products are obtained, where the online products are waiting to be displayed on a product shelf. The product shelf includes at least two display slots, where each display slot of the at least two display slots displays one online product. An attention ranking of each display slot is determined based on a distance between each display slot and a visual center of the product shelf. An online product is displayed with a higher obtained priority in a particular display slot with a greater determined attention ranking.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to virtual reality systems (and/or augmented reality systems) that facilitate visualization of replacement and/or additional items for rebuilding a damaged room. The system may provide a virtual representation of a subject real world room. A user may select items, such as appliances and furniture, for placement in the virtual room and the system may update the virtual room to include a representation of the items. In some embodiments, the system may utilize information about the user to provide recommendations regarding items that may be placed in a virtual room. For example, the system may utilize one or more service records to identify items covered under a service associated with the user. In some embodiments, the system may apply a monetary settlement to the cost of the real world items to facilitate the replacement of damaged items.

Abstract: Various embodiments of systems and methods allow the presentation of a content item with a marketplace section. A system can receive a content item and analyze the content item to identify at least one featured object in the content item. The system can then match the at least one featured object with a marketplace item. If the marketplace item passes various filtering criteria, then the author of the content item can approve the marketplace item being presented with the content item. A system can then receive data for the content item from an application server and data for the marketplace item from a marketplace server and generate a unified presentation of the content item and the marketplace item. A user can then interact with a marketplace section to buy the marketplace item.
