Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems, methods, devices, and the like for making content-based recommendations using a user profile likelihood model. In one embodiment, a system is introduced that includes a plurality of models and storage units for storing, managing, and transforming product and user profile data. The system can also include a recommendation engine designed to determine a probability that a product is relevant to a user based on a user profile. In another embodiment, the probability that a product is relevant to a user may be determined based in part on a frequency of interactions with a product and a time of interaction with the products.

Abstract: A system includes a content generation subsystem that features a playlist controller and multimedia service logic. The playlist controller is configured to generate a presentation playlist that controls retrieval and playback of audio clips along displayable images. The multimedia service logic, in response to receiving at least a vehicle identification number from the playlist controller, (i) automatically determines vehicle option codes associated with the vehicle, each vehicle option code identifies an option installed on the vehicle; (ii) automatically translate the vehicle option codes into information that is used in recovery of a plurality of text descriptions directed to features of the vehicle, and (iii) automatically determine the a plurality of audio clip links corresponding to the plurality of text descriptions that are used in the formation of the playlist. The second plurality of audio clip links is greater in number than the first plurality of audio clip links.

Abstract: According to various example embodiment of the present disclosure, a method of sharing item information by an electronic apparatus includes acquiring a request for link information related to at least one item from a user, acquiring first selection information related to an attribute of the link information, and providing link information on a first page including information related to the at least one item based on the request for the link information and the first selection information, in which the link information may include information related to the attribute.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are disclosed for systems and methods for personalizing portable shopping displays using mobile devices and inaudible tones. Example methods may include causing a first inaudible tone to be emitted by a speaker, the first inaudible tone configured to initiate a change in a user interface at a mobile device, determining a second inaudible tone from a user device using a microphone, the second inaudible tone including a user identifier of a user, and determining a user interaction with a product at a product display. Certain example methods may include determining user preference data, and causing presentation of product information for the product using the user preference data.

Abstract: Systems and methods for in-store purchases are provided. An exemplary method may include receiving by a customer device associated with a customer, customer data including customer preference data. The method may include storing the received customer data and identifying a merchant at a location of the customer. The method may also include determining a customer order for the identified merchant based on the customer preference data. Further, the method may include transmitting a notification to a merchant device associated with the identified merchant, the notification including the determined customer order.

Abstract: A method of product update analysis and management includes receiving metadata of a product update related to a code change of an application on an endpoint of a managed network. The method includes scraping posts related to the product update from two different internet websites. The method includes aggregating the posts from the internet websites. The method includes quantifying a social volume from the aggregated posts. The social volume being a measure of discussion related to the product update. The method includes extracting content from the aggregated posts. Based on the extracted content, the method includes summarizing the posts into a collection of terms or phrases representative of a topic of the posts. The method includes causing display of an indication of the social volume and the collection of terms or phrases. The method includes implementing the product update to affect a change in program code at the application.

Abstract: A user registers for an account with an account management system, configures account settings to permit the account management system to receive user computing device data from a user computing device associated with the user, and logs into the account via the user computing device. The account management system receives a user voice purchase command and determines a purchase command context based on the received user computing device data. The account management system identifies a product that the user desires to purchase based on the purchase command context and directs the user computing device web browser to a merchant website to set up a transaction for the identified product.

Abstract: A commerce system includes an EC server connecting to a user terminal and executes E-commerce, a customs clearance authentication server that administers pre-customs clearance information, and an administration server connected to the customs clearance authentication server and the EC server. The administration server receives a registration request including product information regarding a product, transmits the registration request to the customs clearance authentication server, receives pre-customs clearance information regarding the product from the customs clearance authentication server, and notifies the pre-customs clearance information to the EC server. The customs clearance authentication server generates pre-customs clearance information based on product information, in response to a request from the EC server, and transmits generated pre-customs clearance information to the administration server.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a system and method for quickly and efficiently resolving customer service issues associated with online shopping. When a customer requiring assistance contacts a customer service agent, the agent may use the customer's identification information to search for the customer's account. After locating the customer's active shopping cart or the customer account, the agent may open a session to view and edit the customer's shopping cart information, order information or account information. The agent may use the one or more administrative options available to the agent and unavailable to the customer to make changes to the customer account as needed. After making changes to the customer account, the agent may direct the customer to refresh their customer account in order to get updated with the changes made by the agent, thus resolving the customer's issues quickly and efficiently.

Abstract: The present invention is directed towards systems and methods for matching buyers to dealers of the same type of vehicle. Buyer bids are ranked based on receipt time. Buyers specify a search radius corresponding to dealers. Dealer offers correspond to an acceptable amount for the vehicle. A high price is computed for each vehicle from dealers relative to buyers based on dealer offers and MSRP. A final price is computed for each vehicle based on dealer offers, the search radius, and the high price. Final prices are ranked based on the distance from buyer to dealer and the buyer bid dealer offer difference. The match is based on the highest rank final price for the corresponding dealer to an earliest received buyer bid that has not been matched if the vehicle offered by the corresponding dealer is available.

Abstract: A method of facilitating an augmented reality experience to purchase an item at a merchant location may be provided. The method may include storing profile data, receiving location data and environmental data from a computing device associated with the stored profile data. Upon determining that the user device has entered a predefined merchant location, the method may include initiating a sequence of augmented reality modes including at least a first augmented reality mode associated with the selection of an item and a second augmented reality mode associated with the payment of the item. The user device may display virtual content in association with each mode, and upon detecting predetermined user inputs such as gestures, fixed gazes, or moving through thresholds, the system may enable the selection and payment of one or more items by sending a purchase request to a merchant terminal.

Abstract: A non-transitory computer-readable medium is configured to store instructions executable by one or more processors to perform operations including independently processing, by each of a first processor and a second processor, audio data relating to one or more orders, determining whether the first processor has supplied a first indication to perform first language processing of the audio data, and selecting a result of second language processing of the audio data from the second processor in response to determining that the first system has not supplied the first indication. The first processor is configured to perform one or more of the first language processing, first transcription processing, or first entity recognition processing. The second processor is configured to perform one or more of second language processing of higher quality than the first language processing, second transcription processing of lower quality than the first transcription processing, or second entity recognition processing.

Abstract: Techniques for mapping size information associated with a client to target brands, garments, sizes, shapes, and styles for which there is no standardized correlation. The size information associated with a client may be generated by modeling client garments, accessing computer aided drawing (CAD) files associated with client garments, or by analyzing a history of garment purchases associated with the client. Information for target garments may be generated in a similar fashion. A system may then create a standardized scale with a set of sizes for a target, and map a client base size to that standardized size scale. Similar matching and mapping may also be done with shape and style considerations. A recommendation based on the mapping may then be communicated to the client.

Abstract: Systems and methods including one or more processors and one or more non-transitory storage devices storing computing instructions configured to run on the one or more processors and perform: training a visual similarity model; determining one or more nearest neighbors for an item using the visual similarity model, as trained; ranking the one or more nearest neighbors using results of the visual similarity model, as trained; re-ranking the one or more nearest neighbors using a learning-to-rank algorithm; and facilitating altering a graphical user interface (GUI) displaying the item based upon the one or more nearest neighbors, as re-ranked. On the display screen of the mobile computer system, a central image of a product is presented in a central position of the display. A first image of another product is presented on the display to a first side of central position of the display. A second image of another product is presented on the display on the second side of central position of the display. The second side of the display is opposite the first side with respect to the central position. Information is acquired with respect to the user and with respect to the product being presented in the central position.

Abstract: Item codes for items are mapped to multidimensional space as item vectors based on transaction contexts. Similarities between item codes are based on distances between the item codes within the multidimensional space. Substitute items for out-of-stock items are automatically identified based on the item similarities and based on collected feedback from transactions. The substitute items are provided in real time to customers during transactions, item picking services during item fulfillment, and shelf management services for item shelf stocking. In an embodiment, the substitute items are further determined based on a specific transaction history for a given customer and specific feedback collected for the given customer from the specific transaction history.
