  • Patent number: 11146595
Abstract: A service-based architecture (SBA) IP Multimedia Network Subsystem (IMS) network exposes Network Functions (NFs) to nodes within a 5G core network (CN), nodes within the SBA IMS network, and/or nodes within another network. In contrast to the SBA IMS network, legacy IMS networks are non-SBA IMS stateful networks that may utilize the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). Utilizing the SBA IMS network, a node in the 5G core network can communicate directly with any node in the SBA IMS network. The SBA IMS network is stateless and open as opposed to stateful and closed as in SIP based legacy IMS networks. In some configurations, the SBA IMS network utilizes a HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP). For instance, instead of using the application layer SIP protocol, techniques can include using HTTP. The SBA IMS may also connect to legacy SIP IMS networks.

Abstract: Methods and systems for providing a visual content gallery within a controlled environment are disclosed herein. A content gallery server receives a content submission from an inmate device within the controlled environment. Further, the content gallery server determines that the content submission does not include prohibited content based on comparing the content submission to a blacklist of prohibited information. When the content submission does not include prohibited content, the content gallery server adds the content submission to a network accessible content gallery corresponding to an inmate associated with the inmate device. Further, authorized friends and family of the inmate may view the content submission and provide comments on the content submission.

  • Patent number: 11087096
Abstract: A system and method for reducing incident alerts for an enterprise environment are described. In one embodiment, a method of reducing incident alerts for an enterprise environment includes receiving a plurality of historical incident alerts associated with previous incidents associated with nodes within an enterprise environment. The method includes extracting from a first subset of the historical incident alerts a plurality of rules to generate a rule knowledge base and analyzing a second subset of the historical incident alerts against the plurality of rules to identify candidate incidents alerts as potential dead-end tickets. The method also includes providing feedback on the candidate incident alerts to confirm or deny that the alert is a dead-end ticket. Based on the feedback, a prescriptive avoidance rule set is generated to identify an incident alert as a dead-end ticket and eliminate the dead-end tickets from submitted incident alerts.
