Abstract: In accordance with teachings of the invention, a system is provided to allocate meeting time to vendors. Various embodiments of the system allow for vendors to pay for the time of a busy person, such as an executive or professional. In embodiments of the invention, upon securing the time of a busy person with a successful meeting proposal, the proceeds from the meeting value are subsequently allocated to a charity selected by the executive or professional.

Abstract: Technology that facilitates the encouragement of conversion of customers during their online journeys is disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: monitor an online journey of a customer with an entity; profile the customer to select a persona of a plurality of personas; predict a lack of conversion by the customer during the monitored online journey of the customer; and in response to the prediction, offer an optional online path forward for the customer's online journey to the customer.

Abstract: A system and a method for tracking agricultural commodities, such as crop inventories, is based on measuring a flow of crop through an equipment unit during a period of time, and determining the flow of crop through the unit to be a transfer event. More particularly, there is measured a quantity of crop in a first equipment unit; followed by a detection of a presence of one or more additional equipment units proximate the first equipment unit; and by a determination of at least one crop transfer event between the first equipment and at least one of the additional equipment units based on a change in the quantity of crop in the first equipment unit and the detection of presence.

Abstract: The example systems and methods provide ways for websites to monitor, store, retrieve, and display navigation tendencies of users of websites. More particularly, the systems and methods involve websites displaying measures of user traffic associated with various categories of web content. The measures of user traffic may inform a user of how the user previously navigated the various hierarchical categories of web content, or the measures of user traffic may inform a user of how others navigate the various hierarchical categories of web content. Moreover, the user may select an identifiable group of users for which the website will display navigation tendencies. In the alternative, the website may display navigation tendencies of an identifiable group of users based on an identity of the user viewing the website.

Abstract: Context data pertaining to a target audience to which a product is to be demonstrated can be determined. The target audience can be classified based on the context data. Classifying the target audience can include selecting an audience type out of a predefined plurality of audience types. Customization data can be generated based on the selected audience type. The customization data can be configured to customize demonstration of the product to the target audience.

Abstract: Systems and methods for recommending merchant actions include a physical merchant location having a plurality of beacon devices. A system provider device receives a plurality of first location information from the plurality of beacon devices that is collected from a customer beacon communication device that is associated with a customer. The system provider device also receives a plurality of second location information over the network from the plurality of beacon devices that is collected from a merchant beacon communication device that is associated with an asset of the merchant. The system provider device analyzes the plurality of first location information and the plurality of second location information to determine at least one merchant action recommendation related to the customer and the asset of the merchant and provides the at least one merchant action recommendation over the network for display on a display device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to real-time matching. As changes in data occur in a system, these changes are immediately used by running models implemented in the system to provide users with real-time personalized results. Concurrently, the system is continuously learning from these same changes to build test models, which are built upon the running models (which reflect past knowledge) using the current knowledge. The running models are continuously evolving as they are updated with the test models. A model implemented by the system is a match model, which is configured to intelligently determine which members are available for a new job and to provide a user with at least one member from that pool of available members who satisfies a search criteria specified by the user. The user's actions and the available member's actions are both immediately captured, analyzed and reflected in the system.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for transmitting a reminder notification to a participant for a registered event in a calendar system. The method includes registering an event in a calendar system, wherein the registered event comprises at least a start time and a venue location for the event. The method further includes identifying a current location of a participant for the registered event, or a concentration level of a participant, and determining, dynamically, a time to transmit a reminder notification based on the identified current location of the participant for the registered event, the start time for the event, and the venue location for the event. The method further includes transmitting the reminder notification to the participant for the registered event based on the determination.

Abstract: A network management application creates one or more maps representing social networks of participants that currently reside, have resided, or plan to reside in a region of wireless coverage provided by a wireless access point. The network management application updates a map to reflect changes in the social network in accordance with movement of the participants in and out of the region of wireless coverage. For example, if a subscriber moves outside the region, the respective subscriber is removed from the social network. If the subscriber moves into the region of wireless coverage, the respective subscriber is added to the social network. Inclusion of a subscriber in the social network can depend on factors such as whether a subscriber is a member of an organization. The wireless base station communicates information to the participants of the social network in accordance with one or more rules.

The notification includes the identity of an electronic gaming device at which an identified player has started a gaming session and the identity of the player. The player's record is displayed on the mobile computing device and includes the number of times the casino agent has been dispatched to a gaming device at which the player is identified as well as descriptions of prior calls.

Abstract: The system and/or processes described herein are configured to help an entity operating one or more service facilities manage the timing of service jobs across work stations. The entity manages the timing based on receiving, and tracking, job status information received from the work stations. For instance, after receiving the job status information, the entity may implement timing mechanisms to estimate or predict a time when a service job is likely to begin. The entity may also use the timing mechanisms to estimate or predict a time when the service job is likely to be completed.

Abstract: A method of risk monitoring in online business is disclosed. The method captures parameters of a user request and business data of processing the request by a business processing system; packs the parameters and the business data into an event object; analyzes the event object according to risk monitoring rules; and generates a risk record if a risk is determined to exist in an operation event that produces the business data. The method further determines a risk processing mode according to the risk record and a risk processing configuration, and processes the risk of the operation event in the risk processing mode. Also disclosed is a system for risk monitoring in online business.

Abstract: A system of human capital management is provided for implementing a plurality of integrated interfaces for the creation, management, delegation, tracking and monitoring of development plans for one or more individuals. A method is also provided for managing human capital by managing the developmental needs of an individual. This novel method includes defining a plurality of developmental needs (e.g., goals, conditions and tasks) to be achieved or completed by an individual, consolidating the developmental needs into a development plan specific to the user and tracking the progress of the individual with respect to the development plan in a single integrated application.
