  • Publication number: 20220198357
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for asset lifetime monitoring. Estimated values for factors representing root causes of operational anomalies of an asset may be generated utilizing one or more models. Estimated remaining lifetime values for one or more root cause variables may be generated that indicate a time until the value for a root cause variable is estimated to reach a particular limit threshold corresponding to the root cause variable, and/or an estimated second remaining lifetime value for an asset health index representing a combination of one or more root cause variables. The second remaining lifetime value for the asset health index may be provided to enable processing of the second remaining lifetime value as the remaining useful lifetime of the asset based on overall root cause variables.

  • Publication number: 20220188319
Abstract: Leveraging time-based comments on communications recordings is described. A system determines a comment time for a communications recording associated with a database record. The system receives a comment for the communications recording and generates a comment thread which includes the comment. If a media player is displaying a player control that is associated with the communications recording, the system causes the comment time and the comment thread and/or a comment thread indicator to be displayed with the player control that is displayed by the media player. The system initiates generation of a feed item, which includes the comment and references the communications recording, thereby causing the output of the feed item via an information feed associated with the database record to any system user associated with the database record.

  • Patent number: 11354920
Abstract: A method modifies and utilizes a text document based on an audio file that has captured audio proceedings relevant to the text document. One or more processors and/or a user segment the text document into topic-based text segments. Processor(s) receive an audio file that is relevant to the text document, convert the audio file into text, and match a specific topic-based text segment from the topic-based text segments to a specific topic-based audio segment from the topic-based audio segments. In response to identifying a difference between content in the specific topic-based text segment and content in the specific topic-based audio segment, processor(s) and/or the user update the specific topic-based text segment with the content in the specific topic-based audio segment to create an updated version of the text document.

  • Publication number: 20220071039
Abstract: Electronic devices including a textured component such as a cover member positioned over one or more components of the electronic device. Different surface regions of the textured component may be textured differently in order to provide optical contrast. For example, differently textured surface regions may differ in gloss, translucency, or both. In some cases the cover member defines a protruding feature and a surface region of the protruding feature is textured differently than an adjacent surface region.

  • Publication number: 20220009813
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus related to water desalination. In one aspect, a method includes generating a diluted draw solution using forward osmosis. Wastewater is on a first side of an osmotic membrane and a draw solution is on a second side of the osmotic membrane. The draw solution comprises a mixture of water and an ionic liquid. Water in the wastewater diffuses across the osmotic membrane to the draw solution to form the diluted draw solution. The diluted draw solution is heated using a photonic heater to a temperature above a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of the ionic liquid to phase separate the diluted draw solution into the ionic liquid and treated water.

  • Publication number: 20210361896
Abstract: A breath-enhanced nebulizer adapted for use in administering an aerosolized pharmaceutical composition to a patient by inhalation wherein the patient is connected to a mechanical ventilator is disclosed. The nebulizer has a Venturi driven by a nebulizer air supply that draws a solution of a pharmaceutical composition into a shear zone where the solution is atomized. The Venturi effect is amplified by the internal configuration of the nebulizer to increase the rate of nebulization of drug. Optionally, breath-actuated nebulization is used, employing a pressure sensor interposed between the nebulizer and mechanical ventilator that controls the nebulizer air supply, such that nebulizer air and concomitant nebulization only occurs during the inhalation phase of a breathing cycle.

  • Publication number: 20210357633
Abstract: A hybrid rule-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) document processing system processes a non-editable document with at least one invoice to accurately extract data from tables in the invoices. The non-editable document is preprocessed for conversion into a markup format and pages including the invoice are identified. The invoice is processed via a document process by parsing the pages in different directions to generate a first set of predictions and via a block process wherein logical information blocks from the invoice are processed to generate a second set of predictions. The missing entries from a selected table are identified by applying rules to the first set of predictions and the second set of predictions. Any discrepancy between the missing entry values between the first and second set of predictions are resolved and the resulting data is exported to downstream systems for further uses.

  • Publication number: 20210345787
Abstract: Inflatable coveralls provide individuals, who fall frequently, with protection and independence. The coveralls consist of pads on the shoulders and hips to reduce the impact of a fall on the person. When worn and located underneath the fallen person, the coveralls can be inflated with air into a chair, creating a higher platform from which the person can more easily get up. This reduces the dependence these individuals have on a care-giver. Users can fasten the coveralls using velcros, instead of buttons or zippers, because it is easier to wear and they automatically open from the increase in air pressure of the inflated coveralls. Made of light-weight and air impermeable material, the inflatable coveralls pads the fall of individuals, and elevated the fallen individual so that they can more easily rise, allowing them to gain independence.

  • Publication number: 20210258642
Abstract: The system and methods described herein determine whether to override commands to modify content presentation in a multi-user content consumption environment. A media guidance application detects a first and second user consuming content. Upon receiving a command from the first user to modify the presentation of the content, the media guidance application retrieves a user profile of the second user and compares attributes in the user profile to metadata for the segment of the content. Based on the comparison, the media guidance application determines whether to override the command, for example based on a predicted interest level or importance level determined by the comparison. In response to determining to override the command, the media guidance application refrains from executing the command by canceling or delaying the command and generates a notification message to the user with a reason why the command was overridden.
