  • Publication number: 20140102322
Abstract: A printing operation is repeatedly performed with respect to one substrate 2, the printing operation including the step of loading the substrate 2 (the step ST1), then contacting an upper surface of the substrate 2 with a mask 13 (the step ST4), reciprocating a squeegeeing operation to slide squeegees 33b on the mask 13 in contact with the substrate 2 to transfer a paste Pt on the mask 13 to the substrate 2 (the step ST7 and the step ST8), separating the substrate 2 from the mask 13 for a snap off (the step ST9), and while unloading the substrate 2 (the step ST11), performing mask cleaning to remove the paste Pt that is adhered to a lower surface of the mask 13 (the step ST12).

  • Publication number: 20130239830
Abstract: At the two ends of a pair of clamping members (9a) which sandwich and clamp a board (10) from the Y direction, mask supporting members (9b) forming a rectangle frame are disposed, and a screen mask (12) is supported from below by the mask supporting members (9b) in a state that the board (10) abuts against the under surface of the screen mask (12). A downwards bending of the screen mask (12) can be prevented, and the time and labor of maintenance can be decreased by preventing the deposits of paste on the screen mask (12) that occur due to the bending.

  • Patent number: 8434286
Abstract: The medicament dispensing machine enables to use vials having various sizes and shapes without changing a part in the machine or without performing a special operation. The medicament dispensing machine contains a discharging unit that receives a vial filled with a medicament from a medicament filling means and discharges out of a vial discharging window. The discharging unit contains a vial gripping means having a pair of gripping arms that grip a vial, a body of gripping means having the vial gripping means, a moving means that moves the vial gripping means from the medicament filling means to the vial discharging window, and an orientation changing mechanism that changes the orientation of the body of gripping means. With a coordination of the movement of the body of gripping means toward the vial discharging window, the orientation changing mechanism makes the gripping arms orient to the vial discharging window.

  • Publication number: 20130062363
Abstract: A vertical position and an entrance depth of a partitioning member are easily adjusted in accordance with the size of a tablet to be dispensed. Further, a rotor is easily demounted from a securement member fixed to a drive shaft. A side wall of a cassette body is formed with a plurality of slits, through which at least one elastic bristle penetrates, along a circumferential direction of the rotor. The slits extend in an axial direction of the rotor. A partitioning member is movable along the slit with the elastic bristle penetrating through the slit. When a cap is downwardly pressed, a pressing portion presses a flexible portion to thereby release the engagement between the flexible portion and an engagement portion and an elastic force of an arm portion urges a rotor upwardly.

  • Publication number: 20110042404
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to clear a jammed tablet in a medicine feeder upon detection thereof, through improvements on a drive unit so that reverse rotation of a rotor can be achieved without driving a motor in reverse rotating direction, i.e., while the motor is in normal rotation setting. A medicine feeder's drive unit includes a drive motor, a gear transmission device, an output shaft and a switcher. The gear transmission device is constituted by a normal-rotation transmission path and a reverse-rotation transmission path provided between a motor shaft of the drive motor and the output shaft. The switcher selects one of the transmission paths for output of driving power from the drive motor.

  • Patent number: 7152067
Abstract: A definition tool of the present invention declares columns which are concealed in external tables to a multi-database server. The multi-database server controls a decomposition and an execution of query messages such that the multi-database server does not perform an arithmetic using the concealed columns. The external database server encrypts the data of concealed columns in tables of query result tables. The multi-database server designates a range to be decrypted at the time of acquiring and integrating respective result tables. A client program acquires an integrated result table and decrypts the designated range. Since the data encrypted by the external database server is decrypted by and is referred to the client program, it becomes difficult for the multi-database server to refer to a content of the concealed columns.
