  • Patent number: 7078330
Abstract: A metal electrode is formed on a substrate. The metal electrode includes a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer lying, from an outermost surface of the metal electrode toward the substrate, in this order. The first layer contains tin as a principal constituent and the second layer contains a metallic element which produces an eutectic reaction with tin, wherein the melting point of the first layer is higher than the melting point of the second layer. The third layer is an underlying metallic layer for the first and second layers.

  • Patent number: 6945167
Abstract: A screen printing apparatus and method in that in the print parameter setting process for setting print parameters including a squeegee movement speed, a printing pressure, and plate release conditions, a squeegee movement speed at which the squeegee is to be moved is set at the first step, then a printing pressure for realizing a desired cream solder charging state is set at the second step, and then plate release conditions for realizing a desired cream solder transfer state is set at the third step. Therefore, the print parameter setting process can be performed according to an efficient processing procedure and trial-and-error-based backward work can be avoided. Print parameters can be set quickly and properly for a wide range of solder types.

  • Patent number: 6868780
Abstract: In a screen printing method of bringing a mask plate into contact with a substrate to print solder cream through a pattern hole on the substrate, a plate separating operation of separating the substrate from the mask plate after a squeegeeing step in which the solder cream is filled into the pattern hole comprises an operation pattern in which acceleration and deceleration pattern in which a descending speed is accelerated up to an upper limit speed and thereafter decelerated up to a lower limit speed is repeated plural times. Further, an initial upper limit speed in start of the plate separating operation is set higher than the succeeding upper limit speeds, whereby viscosity of the solder cream into the pattern hole in start of the plate separating operation is lowered, and the mask plate can be separated with a high accuracy throughout the entire range of the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20050027680
Abstract: A definition tool of the present invention declares columns which are concealed in external tables to a multi-database server. The multi-database server controls a decomposition and an execution of query messages such that the multi-database server does not perform an arithmetic using the concealed columns. The external database server encrypts the data of concealed columns in tables of query result tables. The multi-database server designates a range to be decrypted at the time of acquiring and integrating respective result tables. A client program acquires an integrated result table and decrypts the designated range. Since the data encrypted by the external database server is decrypted by and is referred to the client program, it becomes difficult for the multi-database server to refer to a content of the concealed columns.

  • Patent number: 6510457
Abstract: Data analysis using online data summarization processing and rule-based data characteristic detection is performed at the time the transaction data is input. Online data input through an input device of a first server is stored into a transaction data memory device. A data summarizing device carries out summarization processing of online data according to stored parameters, and the resultant summary data is stored into a summary data memory device. A data joining device joins the summary data stored in the summary data memory device and the summary data transferred from a second server for the purpose of updating. In the first server, using rules generated by a rule generating device and stored in rule memory device, a detecting device detects characteristics of the summary data. Further, the results of data characteristic detection are sent to a client through.

The multi-database server controls a decomposition and an execution of query messages such that the multi-database server does not perform an arithmetic using the concealed columns. The external database server encrypts the data of concealed columns in tables of query result tables.
