  • Patent number: 11889508
Abstract: A system for managing a cellular network implemented based on O-RAN standards includes an O-DU for generating a first control-plane message requesting a first set of radio resources responsive to a scheduled uplink transmission from a user device, where the first set of radio resources includes an assigned portion of a carrier signal allocated for the uplink transmission; an interposer unit for receiving the first control-plane message, and generating a second control-plane message requesting a second set of radio resources including a remaining portion of the carrier signal; and an O-RU for receiving the first and second control-plane messages, receiving the uplink transmission, and generating user-plane message(s) including first and second digitized data correlated with the first and second control-plane messages. The interposer unit sends the first digitized data to the O-DU without sending the second digitized data, and monitors the carrier signal using the first and second digitized data.

  • Publication number: 20230316257
Abstract: The present invention comprises a method of managing car wash membership programs that uses unique vehicle identifiers that can be read directly from a vehicle's onboard computer. This method works with vehicles that possess an onboard computer (i.e., “connected cars”) that collects data on the vehicle itself (e.g. vehicle identification number (VIN), oil life, fuel level) and exposes an interface that makes it possible for external systems to request and read this data. An example scenario utilizing this method involves a customer who installs a software application (app) for the car wash on their smartphone. The customer then selects their desired subscription car wash package within the app and the app initiates a communication link directly with the vehicle that will be associated with this membership account.

  • Publication number: 20230298027
Abstract: A networked identity authentication system is provided for authenticating an identity of an actor to a transacting party based on a pre-existing relationship between the actor and an identifying party. The transacting party and identifying party are each in secure communication with an intermediary party. The intermediary party issues a dynamic identifier to one of the transacting party and identifying party. The dynamic identifier is provided to the actor, who is authenticated by the identifying party. The actor presents the dynamic identifier to the other of the transacting party and identifying party, which sends the dynamic identifier to the intermediary party. The intermediary party authenticates the identity of the actor to the transacting party if the received dynamic identifier matches the dynamic identifier which it previously issued.

  • Patent number: 11714443
Abstract: Techniques for providing temperature trim codes to multiple reference circuits of an integrated circuit are provided. In an example, a string of primary latch circuits can provide a set of pre-defined temperature trim codes to a multiplexer in response to a token of a series of tokens. The multiplexer can provide two trim of the trim codes to an interpolator based on a temperature reading of the integrated circuit. The interpolator can provide an interpolated trim code and the trim code can be distributed to a reference circuit based on the token.

  • Patent number: 11573151
Abstract: Embodiments herein provide a system (100) to estimate the amplitude of oscillations in a turbulent flow system (102) that exhibits oscillatory instabilities. The system (100) comprises of a sensor (102A) mounted on the turbulent flow system (102) to detect an oscillatory variable in the system obtaining a signal, a signal conditioner (104) that conditions the signal from the sensor, an amplitude estimator (110) that estimates the amplitude of the limit cycle oscillations, and also predict the proximity of the system to the oscillatory instability, a processor (108) connected to the amplitude estimator (110) to compare the predicted oscillation amplitude with a threshold value. The amplitude is estimated by estimating the spectral measure of the time series signal obtained from the system.

  • Publication number: 20220246243
Abstract: Our biology, in health and disease, is characterized by multiple cooperating molecules in highly regulated networks. Derangements of these networks can identify imminent severe worsening of disease, known as “the tipping point”. Identifying this change early has been shown to predict worsening, but also, to reveal opportunities for specific molecular therapies to halt disease progression. Unfortunately, there are no tools currently available to characterize molecular networks in humans or to see important changes coming. The current invention is a computer system linked to computer networks and data sources, to micro- and milli-fluidic sampling and assay devices. It uses advanced data analytics to examine the available data and to learn how to recognize impending trouble at a time when there are recognizable processes to block, and before it is too late for treatment.

  • Patent number: 11333715
Abstract: The disclosure generally relates to a failure indicator for providing an indicator that a failure has occurred on a capacitor unit of a capacitor bank. In some embodiments, the failure indicator may include a magnetic element, and the failure indicator may be configured to move from a first orientation to a second orientation based on a mechanical or electromagnetic impulse in the capacitor unit resulting from a failure of the first capacitor unit. In some embodiments, the magnetic element may maintain the first failure indicator in the second orientation to indicate the failure of the first capacitor unit.
