The system initiate a video conference communication session between the customer and the business agent that comprises providing a multimedia interface between the agent and the customer that provides the agent and the customer with an audio and video feedback of one another. After initiating the video conference communication session, a customer feedback interface configured to receive feedback from the customer in real-time during the video conference communication session is presented on the display of the customers apparatus such that the system may receive, in real-time, feedback provided by the customer via the customer feedback interface.

Abstract: The present invention provides for managing communication of data from Internet-connected devices, such as those devices within an IoT environment. Specifically, the invention provides automated determination of which devices are communicating to which third-party entities and, in some embodiments, the type of data being communicated to such third-party entities. Once such information is known, the third-party entity can be automatically placed into a designated third-party category, which defines the type of data that the third-party entity is authorized to receive. In addition, a user can manage the communications from such devices by selecting to prohibit (i.e., block) or limit, based on data type, which data is communicated to which third-party entities. Additionally, the identity of the third-party entities can be authenticated/verified, such that if the third-party entity cannot be verified, communication of data to that entity is blocked or limited.

Embodiments herein disclosed include receiving an indication that a mobile device of a user is compromised. Further embodiments identify one or more applications associated with the mobile device and remotely access the mobile device to perform a switch-off of the one or more applications. The switch-off may include logging the user out of the one or more applications before removing the one or more applications from the mobile device.

In this regard, the invention dynamically determines specific user authentication requirements for accessing a service or executing an activity based on the determining the user's network connections, geographic location, and applications, in real-time. Embodiments compile one or more authentication credentials required for access to each of a plurality of applications to generate an authentication set for each application. The system may aggregate the plurality of authentication sets to form a tiered federated authentication module having multiple rankings, wherein each rank is associated with an authentication set; wherein a higher ranked authentication set corresponds to more stringent authentication credentials and a lower ranked authentication set corresponds to less stringent authentication credentials.
