  • Publication number: 20170199734
Abstract: Systems and methods for performing a validated analysis can include access to first and second versions of an analysis engine. The first version of the analysis engine can be used to perform a previously validated analysis. After the second version is made available, the first version can be continued to be used while the second version undergoes validation. The user can initiate a migration from the first version to the second version when the validation is complete. Access to both versions can be maintained for a period of time to allow users to migrate on their own schedule, and a common login interface can direct the user to a default version or allow the user to select an alternate version.

  • Patent number: 8959216
Abstract: Particular embodiments generally relate to allowing access of non-secure elements through a non-secure channel when a top-level page was accessed through a secure connection. In one embodiment, a webpage is accessed over a secure channel. The webpage includes secure and non-secure elements. When a non-secure element for the webpage is determined, a client may message with the server to open a non-secure channel for accessing the non-secure element. For example, the client may request port information in the request. The server then can respond with port information for a non-secure channel. The client then accesses data for the non-secure element through the non-secure channel using the port information.

  • Patent number: 8914631
Abstract: A packet processing type determiner includes a non-secure packet processing module configured to process packets received over a single socket using a non-secure protocol. The packet processing type determiner also includes a data indicator checking module configured to check the packets for a first indicator denoting a beginning of a secure data record. The packet processing type determiner further includes a secure packet processing module configured to use a secure protocol to process the packets when a packet with the first indicator is detected until a packet with a second indicator denoting an end of the secure data record is detected.

  • Patent number: 8892879
Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for securing and tracking restricted files stored in a data processing system is provided. The data processing system is connected to a server for sharing information. An entity requesting to access a restricted file is authenticated, based on certain policies defined by a system administrator. Further, the system maintains a log of operations executed on the restricted file, and sends a record of the log to the server.

  • Patent number: 8380441
Abstract: Systems to obtain a chemical array layout are provided. Systems of the invention include input and output managers for receiving information from and sending information to one or more users and a processing module having an array layout developer that applies rules relating to array layout design. The array layout developer develops an array layout based on the application of one or more of the rules to array request information received from one or more users. Also provided are computer program products for executing the subject methods.

  • Patent number: 8195818
Abstract: A secure resource enforcer is configured to identify and provide selected secure resources. The secure resource enforcer includes a determining module configured to determine whether a resource of a web page that is requested in a first request by a client computer requires a secure connection based on a type of the resource that is requested. The secure resource enforcer also includes a redirecting module configured to redirect the client computer to a secure socket for the resource when the resource requires the secure connection. The secure resource enforcer further includes a receiving module configured to receive a second request from the client for the resource over the secure socket and a secure resource providing module configured to provide the requested resource to the client over the secure socket.
