Abstract: An apparatus for transferring a container disposed in a transfer area of a container-processing machine from a first component to a second component includes a first gripper for holding the container in a neck area thereof, the first gripper being associated with the first component; a second gripper for receiving the container from the first gripper by holding the container in a neck area thereof, the second gripper being associated with the second component; and a diverting element for sliding or transferring the container from the first gripper to the second gripper when the first and second grippers are in the transfer area. When disposed in the transfer area, the first and second grippers are coplanar with each other and positioned facing each other.

Abstract: A gripping-and-holding device for gripping and holding containers has a support body, pivotable spring-loaded gripper arms on the support body, three securing elements, two of which are on the gripper arms, and a traction spring that exerts a force towards a center defined between its first and second spring ends. The first two securing elements secure the traction spring. Meanwhile, a first end of the third securing element engages the traction spring outside its spring ends. Its second end is arranged on the support body.

Abstract: An apparatus for filling containers with a filling material includes a transport element that rotates in a transport direction, filling positions formed on the transport element, and a common carrier common to all positions and moving with the transport element. Each filling position has a filling element, a weighing cell secured to the carrier, a container carrier, and a functional element assigned to the filling position on the common carrier. The common carrier is adjustable to move by an adjustment unit either in or opposite to the transport direction. The adjustment unit corresponds to a distance between functional elements of filler positions that are adjacent to each other in the transport direction.

The liquid valve comprises a valve body, and a valve opening. The valve body undergoes movement between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the valve body closes the valve opening, thereby locking the liquid valve. In the second position the valve body releases the valve opening and opens the liquid valve. The valve body is moved such that closing the valve occurs without a pump effect on the liquid contents.

Abstract: The invention is a new container clip or clamp in a container conveying apparatus which is designed to have only a single clamp out of a group of clamps to release a container in the case of a failure of the single clamp thereby allowing the remainder of the system to continue. The invention includes a bearing block having holding elements and in the event of exceeding a lateral pivoting range the holding elements are at least partially detached from the bearing block to be released so as to pivot sideways.
