  • Patent number: 9863178
Abstract: A two-way soft closing device is mounted in a sliding door and has a sliding door track, two soft closing activation triggers, two roller carriers and a soft closing device. The sliding door track is an elongated member. The soft closing activation triggers are mounted movably in two ends of the sliding door track respectively. The roller carriers are mounted slidably in the sliding door track and are spaced apart at an interval. The soft closing device is mounted in the sliding door track, is located between the roller carriers and is mounted firmly in one of the roller carriers. Therefore, the soft closing device absorbs a collision between a sliding door plate and a doorframe when the sliding door is opened or is closed. Meanwhile, the two-way soft closing device eliminates noise coming from the collision and prevents an elder or a little child from being hit by the sliding door plate.

  • Patent number: 9631409
Abstract: An interactive sliding-door device has a track assembly, a door assembly, and an interacting assembly. The track assembly is mounted on a top end of an inner space of a building, and has multiple elongated members disposed side by side. The door assembly has multiple boards mounted in the elongated members respectively. Each of the boards has two wheel assemblies, and the wheel assemblies are slideable relative to the elongated members. Therefore, the boards can slide in two ways, and are unrestrained from a construction layout of the building. The wheel assembly is adjustable according to a height of the board. The interacting assembly may be mounted on the board directly or by two mounting assemblies. The interacting assembly has two clamps, two positioning wheels and a cord. The cord is mounted in the positioning wheels and clamped by the clamps and then the boards can slide interactively and stably.

  • Patent number: 9567785
Abstract: A hinge has a pivot assembly and a holding assembly. The pivot assembly has a securing panel, a connecting seat, a pivot shaft, and two positioning sets. Each of the positioning sets has a positioning ball and a silencing positioning element filled with lubricating grease. The holding assembly has two holding sheets holding the pivot shaft. With the holding sheets and the pivot shaft abutting each other with tooth or embossed surfaces, friction between the holding sheets and the pivot shaft is increased. Thus, the pivot shaft and the holding sheets do not pivot relative to each other easily. The lubricating grease in the silencing positioning elements can be smeared on the positioning balls, such that the positioning balls can smoothly roll on the pivot shaft without abrasion and no noise will occur.

  • Patent number: 9513371
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a ground survey and obstacle detection system using one or multiple detection devices, such as aerial detection devices. Aerial detection devices are sent ahead of the primary vehicle to survey a territory and map out any obstacles. The aerial detection device is equipped with sensors to scan the ground below it and detect obstacles. The aerial detection device is not affected by or prone to triggering dangerous obstacles. The aerial detection device flies above the ground and may be configured to send a signal back alerting the primary vehicle to the existence of obstacles.

  • Patent number: 9500016
Abstract: A position adjusting mechanism of a soft-closing device for a sliding door has a bracket with a mounting panel and at least one positioning rack, a cover panel mounted on the bracket, and a positioning hook, a torsion spring and a driving element pivotally mounted on the cover panel. At least one first fastener is mounted through the cover panel and the mounting panel and is fastened to a door track. The bracket can slide relative to the cover panel to allow the positioning hook to selectively engage in different engaging recesses of a corresponding positioning rack. Thus, moving distance of the bracket and a door panel suspended from the bracket can be estimated. Accordingly, positions of the bracket and the door panel on the door track can be adjusted to allow the door panel to close a doorway completely.

  • Patent number: 9484945
Abstract: A correcting asynchronous Successive-Approximation Register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) detects and corrects metastability errors. An analog signal is synchronously sampled by a system clock, but data bits are converted asynchronously. A valid detector compares true and complement outputs of a comparator that compares the sampled voltage to a DAC voltage generated from digital test value from the SAR. Once the true and complement outputs diverge past logic thresholds, the valid detector activates a VALID signal indicating that comparison is completed. The compare result is then latched in as a data bit and the SAR advances to the next test value. Once all bits have been converted, an End-of-Conversion (EOC) is signaled. If the EOC does not occur by the end of the system clock, a metastability error is detected. The current bit that never finished comparison is forced high and all other unconverted bits are forced low.
