  • Patent number: 11361337
Abstract: A device may obtain customer data, associated with a customer identifier, that includes an indication of a recency of a past purchase, a frequency of past purchases, and/or a monetary value associated with past purchases by a customer associated with the customer identifier. The device may determine, based on comparing the customer data and aggregate customer data, a first score that predicts a current measure of loyalty associated with the customer, and may predict, based on the first score, a predicted frequency of future purchases by the customer and a predicted monetary value associated with the future purchases, to determine a second score that predicts a future measure of loyalty associated with the customer. The device may compare the first score and the second score to determine a risk level associated with the customer, and may cause an action to be performed based on determining the risk level.

  • Patent number: 10713650
Abstract: The present invention relates to a reusable physical financial instrument and a system and a method for enabling the financial instrument to perform multiple financial transactions. The financial instrument is capable of creating mixed reality experience when it comes in vicinity of the payor or payee device or ATM. Through the created mixed reality experience, the payor and the payee inputs payor-side and payee-side transaction and biometric data which are stored onto smart chip of the instrument and/or on Cloud Storage using cloud computing interface. The stored payor-side and payee-side transaction data are cross-validated and their biometric data is further verified against golden copy at the respective financial institutions or at the Central Authority's repositories for performing the financial transaction.

  • Patent number: 10198565
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to screening candidate profile, and more particularly to system and method for screening candidate profile. In one embodiment, the method includes dividing a candidate profile into a plurality of subset-profiles having subset-profile information of attributes of the candidate profile. The subset-profile information is mapped with target-profile information of a plurality of targets to identify a set of targets capable of screening the subset-profile information. Queries are provisioned to the set of targets for performing screening, and responses to queries are received from therefrom. An aggregated weightage associated with the responses is computed based at least on an extent of matching of the responses and a confidence score associated with each target of the set of targets. The aggregated weightage is compared with a threshold value of weightage to identify the subset-profile information as one of a valid information and an invalid information.

  • Patent number: 9977562
Abstract: System and method for facilitating an interactive engagement of a user with an online application is disclosed. The method comprises presenting one or more first questions, to the user, associated with the online application. For the one or more first questions, a first response is received from the user. The first response indicates behavioral characteristics of the user. The method comprises assigning a first engagement metric based on the first response. Further, one or more second questions are presented, to the user, associated with the online application. The one or more second questions are dynamically restructured based on the first engagement metric. The method comprises receiving a second response corresponding to the one or more second questions. The method further comprises modifying the first engagement metric into a second engagement metric based on the second response. The method further comprises calculating a score based on the second engagement metric.

  • Patent number: 9916770
Abstract: Methods and systems (100) for tactile code interpretation are described herein. In an embodiment, a tactile code interpretation system (100) includes a tactile code device (102) having a plurality of tactile units (106). Each of the plurality of tactile units (106) includes a tactile code (108) for representing a notation and a corresponding acoustic code (110). The acoustic code (110) encodes information pertaining to a plurality of data blocks. The plurality of data bocks includes a start block corresponding to a start pattern, an end block corresponding to an end pattern, and one or more information blocks corresponding to information pertaining to the tactile code (108). Further, the acoustic code (110), when swiped, generates a unique sound wave to facilitate semantic interpretation of the corresponding tactile code (108).

  • Patent number: 9635106
Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating peer-to-peer communication are disclosed. A payor and a payee may establish a communication request with intent to execute a transaction in a P2P payment. The payee and the payor may transmit a first request and a second request respectively to an intermediary server to establish the communication. Based on the first request and the second request, the intermediary server sends one or more identification elements to the payee and payor. The payee and payor are identified at intermediary server as parties for P2P payment after an augmented reality (AR) experience and a resultant synchronized action that sends first trigger request and second trigger request from the respective devices.

  • Patent number: 9600647
Abstract: Methods, systems and devices for multi-factor authentication (MFA) are described. An MFA device includes a plurality of tiles, a frame to hold the tiles and a stylus movable over the frame and the tiles. Each of the tiles includes at least one of visible indicia and tactile indicia, for representing a notation, and at least one track of acoustic code generation indicia. The acoustic code generation indicia of each tile, on being swiped, generate a complex sound waveform that encodes a composite binary pattern. The composite binary pattern comprises information blocks including a device identifier block for a device identifier associating the MFA device with a user, a biometric block for at least a part of a biometric pattern of the user, and a data block for the notation of the corresponding tile.
