According to the invention, the mixer helix can or should be accordingly compressed inside the mixer tube with the aid of the plunger that is inserted into the mixer tube. The device enables a largely complete dispensing of the material remaining in a static mixer helix during mixing and is suited, above all, for storing, mixing and dispensing dental materials.

The nozzle being pivotable with respect to the cartridge between a first position in which the capsule is closed for storage and a second position in which the capsule is opened for dispensing the dental material. One of the nozzle and the cartridge comprises a bearing member and the other one of the nozzle and the cartridge comprises a bearing shell, wherein the bearing member and bearing shell form a pivot. Upon pivoting the nozzle from the first to the second position, the seal between the bearing member and the bearing shell is improved.

The semifinished product (3) is then connected with a second multilayer semifinished product (4) or a further layer (17) with interposition of an adhesive layer (5). Furthermore, a corresponding manufacturing plant is described.
