  • Publication number: 20180247272
Abstract: User profile data for at least one user can be collected. The user profile data can indicate at least one precursory task related to a future event. The user profile data, including the at least one precursory task, can be analyzed with respect to the future event. A first triggering event can be determined based on the analyzing the user profile data, including the at least one precursory task. The first triggering event can be an occurrence of a first time in advance of the future event. • Publication number: 20180226070
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, computer system, and a computer program product for mitigating conflicts. The present invention may include receiving communication by a recipient, wherein the received communication has a communicator sentiment associated with a communicator and a recipient sentiment associated with a recipient. The present invention may also include determining the communicator sentiment associated with the communicator message. The present invention may then include determining the recipient sentiment associated with a received communicator message. The present invention may further include determining that the determined recipient sentiment does not match the determined communicator sentiment based on the received communication. The present invention may include determining an appropriate response based on determining that the communicator sentiment does not match the recipient sentiment.

  • Patent number: 10043366
Abstract: A baseline historical record for a person is formed by monitoring information about the person derived from at least one information source over a baseline period of time. A baseline pattern of behavior of the person is established by applying analytic analysis to the baseline historical record. A current pattern of behavior of the person is determined by monitoring current information about the person derived from the at least one information source. A behavior change assessment is determined by comparing the current pattern of behavior to the baseline pattern of behavior. Whether the behavior change assessment for the person meets at least one safety concern criterion is determined by comparing the behavior change assessment to safety concern criteria comprising the at least one safety concern criterion. Responsive to determining the behavior change assessment for the person meets the at least one safety concern criterion, an action is automatically performed.

  • Patent number: 10007706
Abstract: Methods, products, apparatus, and systems may provide for identifying a set of users associated with one or more collaboration artifacts. Additionally, a set of networks including a plurality of candidate social networks may be identified. Moreover, a relationship strength may be determined between the set of users associated with the one or more collaborations artifacts and each of the candidate social networks to identify one or more relevant social networks from the candidate social networks. Determining the relationship strength may include calculating a similarity metric. In addition, at least one member affiliated with the one or more relevant social networks may become aware of the collaboration artifact.

  • Publication number: 20180150563
Abstract: Provided are techniques for finding content on computer networks. A search request having search terms is received. The search request is executed against an index to identify first search results, wherein the index comprises mappings of search terms to web sites and mappings of search terms to patterns. In response to determining that the search request failed based on first search results, an unknown search term in the search terms that does not exist in the index is found. The unknown search term is matched to a pattern of a similar search term using the mappings of search terms to patterns. A candidate web site is identified based on the matching. Additional content is requested from the candidate web site for the unknown search term to identify second search results comprising previously hidden content. The additional content is indexed.

  • Patent number: 9984410
Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present invention, a system for adaptively, dynamically managing a budget adjusts budget categories in response to a potential purchase exceeding the target amount of one budget category and creating an overage. Certain budget categories may have an adjustable target amount while other budget categories may have fixed target amounts and, thus, the budget categories with adjustable target amounts may be adjusted or modified in order to accommodate an overage in another budget category. The budget categories to be modified may be selected based on various priorities and may be suggested to the user for modification upon selection.

  • Publication number: 20180109482
Abstract: Disclosed aspects relate to biometric-based sentiment management in a social networking environment. A set of biometric data for an originating-user of an electronic message may be detected using a set of biometric sensors. Based on the set of biometric data, an originating-user sentiment for at least a portion of the electronic message may be determined. The electronic message and the originating-user sentiment for at least the portion of the electronic message may be compiled to establish a compiled message. The compiled message which indicates the originating-user sentiment for at least the portion of the electronic message may be provided in the social networking environment.

  • Publication number: 20180101426
Abstract: Systems, methods and tools for performing a root cause analysis and improvements to the root cause detection by changing the way analysts and troubleshooters interact with the error reporting files to detect injection points that indicate the root cause of a system error. The systems, methods and tools record the observable behavior of users as the users review files to identify behavioral clues of the user to infer a level of interest in sections of the files being viewed. The systems identify correlations between user behavior and emotive expression to calculate a probability of event data being the root cause of an error. The systems may manually or automatically generate one or more tags in the reviewed file for each of the sections of the file that has a probability of being a root cause of a defect and the tags may vary as a function of the probability.
