    Abstract: A method and system for reducing triggering of throughput penalties imposed on a group of users by a software-as-a-service (SaaS) server due to Application Programming Interface (API) calls exceeding limits of the SaaS server. The approaches include intercepting requests to the SaaS server from a user group and monitoring both a rate of API calls for the requests and a rate of API events generated by forwarding the API calls to the SaaS server, intercepting the SaaS server's responses, where some of the responses indicate a throughput penalty imposed by the server, identifying one or more power users from the user group based on the rate of generated notifications, and throttling the rate of the API calls for the requests submitted by the identified power users of the user group to the SaaS server in accordance with an API call throttle limit, thus reducing triggering of the throughput penalty.

The aerosol is delivered to the subject via inhalation for the treatment of the pulmonary infection.

In certain embodiments, automatic detection is accomplished by a software-configurable battery management circuit that supports any battery pack size without the need to perform hardware modifications or the added cost of customizing boards for battery stacks that have different numbers of cells. In addition, a novel diode-OR analog multiplexer circuit allows the chip to be powered prior to the selection of the top cell.

    Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods that reduce settling time in amplifier circuits, such as voltage sense amplifiers (VSA) or current sense amplifiers (CSA) circuits, that comprise a feedback path. When the feedback path is interrupted via a switch, a CSA circuit switches to open loop. A sample-and-hold circuit holds the output voltage of the amplifier, such that when a load is connected to the CSA circuit, the open loop settling time, which is shorter than the closed loop settling time, is allowed to pass before the CSA output voltage is measured, thereby, advantageously preventing any potential disturbance present at the CSA output from being fed back to the CSA input.
