  • Publication number: 20240139239
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to compositions for reprogramming cells into conventional dendritic cells (cDC), particularly into cDC type 2 (hereinafter referred to as“cDC2” or“CD11b-positive dendritic cells”), methods and uses thereof. The present disclosure relates to the development of methods for making conventional dendritic cells With antigen presenting capacity from differentiated, multipotent or pluripotent stem cells by introducing and expressing isolated/synthetic transcription factors. More particularly, the disclosure provides methods for obtaining conventional dendritic cells (cDC), particularly cDC type 2 or CD11b-positive dendritic cells, by direct cell reprogramming With the surprisingly use of combinations of specific transcription factors.

  • Patent number: 11421448
Abstract: The present invention relates to a symmetrical and reversible-clutch mortise lock comprising a central follower, a pair of symmetrical lateral followers, each one located on one side of the central follower to be activated by square bars of handles, a spacer which makes the movement of the two lateral followers independent and a motor, which connects to an actuation lever and which is activated when an access code is validated. The lock further comprises a clutch housed and guided in an accumulator arm able to move linearly to be housed in both lateral followers such that the corresponding lateral follower, when activated by the motion of the door handle, pushes the clutch until it makes contact with the central follower and activates the latch of the lock.

  • Patent number: 10244358
Abstract: Mostly, motion signals are inaccurate, especially if the mobile device is not a proprietary device, and one has to reckon that the bearer wears the mobile device somewhere else than where it is supposed to be worn in order to coincide with the laboratory conditions. However, the information conveyed by the motion signals is sufficient in order to discriminate and detect between different typical wearing/carrying conditions, and accordingly position tracking based on such motion signals may be rendered far more efficiently by, first of all, using the motion signals gained from the one or more motion sensors so as to attribute them to one of a plurality of analysis parameter sets so as to obtain a selected analysis parameter set and, second, analyzing the motion signals using the selected analysis parameter set so as to obtain a signal indicating a locomotion of the bearer.

  • Patent number: 10145147
Abstract: Clutch actuating mechanism for electronic cylinders in locks and method for operating the same. The clutch actuating mechanism for an electronic cylinder in locks relates, in particular, to a clutch actuating mechanism which is responsible for storing the energy supplied by the motor and returning said energy to the clutch at the moment it passes from a clutched position to a declutched position, all of this being carried out with reduced energy consumption. It also relates to the method for operating said mechanism.
