The shaping apparatus is operated in such a manner that: when root and tuberous vegetable or fruit is placed in a cutting blade case and rotated, the object is spirally tracked and the spirally tracked object is removed from the lower side of the cutting blade case, so that the spirally tracked object is picked up by an additional stick and then ornamented into various forms. The shaping apparatus allows fruits and root and tuberous vegetables to be easily treated in a variety of ways, as per the second process, thereby enhancing the product value of processed foodstuffs produced from the first process.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention may provide a coating material having heat resistance, abrasion resistance and low friction characteristics, which is coated on an operating component such as a rotating shaft working at a high speed without oil supply in a medium temperature environment (400° C.˜500° C.). This is so that the operating body can sufficiently withstand friction, heat generation and abrasion caused by contact with a bearing. The coating material of the present invention comprises 15 to 25 wt % antimony trioxide (Sb2O3), 50 to 70 wt % binder, 10 to 20 wt % tungsten disulphide (WS2) and 5 to 15 wt % silver (Ag). The binder comprises 60 to 80 wt % nickel (Ni) and 20 to 40 wt % chromium (Cr).

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an oil-free turbocharger assembly using an airfoil bearing that may be useful in high speed conditions. The assembly can be cooled easily. A heat-proof coating can also be easily applied to the turbo charger's rotating shaft. In one embodiment, an oil-free turbocharger assembly has a constant distance between a journal portion and a rotating shaft so that the mass of the rotating body can be minimized and the rotating body assembly can have a small moment of inertia. The turbocharger in some embodiments of the invention may be cooled by a refrigerant which improves cooling efficiency. Each part of the rotating body assembly in some embodiments may be individually treated with a heat-proof process so that productivity can be improved.
