The ground unit includes a first ground portion connected to the receiver, and a second ground portion connected to the first ground portion at a position on the first ground portion at a distance from the receiver. The second ground portion is configured to emit electromagnetic waves in a second direction away from the first direction.

A transition point of an external clock signal is detected and an internal clock signal is generated based on the detection result. It is therefore possible to maintain the pulse width of the internal clock signal to a set value regardless of variation in the pulse width of the external clock signal.
