Abstract: Techniques are described for adjusting policy characteristics based on a determined similarity between routes. A similarity metric may be determined indicating the similarity between a first route followed by a vehicle and/or driver and a second (e.g., previous) route followed by the vehicle and/or driver. A similarity metric may indicate the similarity in movements, and changes in movement, exhibited by the vehicle on the routes. The similarity metric may be determined through analysis of real time data collected by in-vehicle sensor(s), mobile user device(s), external sensors or other data sources. Based on the similarity metric, a premium, a deductible, a price, or other characteristic(s) of a policy may be determined. In some examples, policy characteristics may be adjusted (e.g., in real time) based on the analysis according to changing risk conditions if a driver is following routes that are dissimilar from typical routes.

Abstract: Methods and systems for multiple channel authentication are described. In one embodiment, a request for an interaction is initiated from within a mobile application. The request may include authentication information and contextual information relating to a current exchange between the mobile application and an organization. The user may be authenticated with the authentication information and the request may be routed to a representative based on the contextual information to continue the exchange.

Abstract: Systems and methods aggregate financial product pricing information. In response to a request, systems and methods receive first company financial product pricing information, pre-fill data associated with the request to a web page of the second company, and scrape the web page of the second company to extract the financial product pricing information of the second company using the data aggregation tool after the web page of the second company returns the financial product pricing information. This information is presented to the user.

Abstract: A system is provided to treat sleep apnea, with a method of use. The system includes a handpiece which includes at least one penetrating electrode configured to penetrate tissue and one or more temperature sensors. A processor is coupled with the one or more temperature sensors and the at least one penetrating electrode, and a memory is configured to store instructions executable by the processor. The instructions, when executed, are operable to emit, by the at least one penetrating electrode, RF energy from the electrodes to heat a region of a base of a tongue until a target energy is delivered to the region. The instructions are also operable to measure, by the one or more temperature sensors, the temperature of the region.

The service provider may be recommended for a service that is verified under a user's insurance policy and is also within proximity to the user's approximate current location. The user's approximate current location may be determined by location-based technology. The entity that receives and/or recommends the service provider may initiate a request for the service from the service provider. Further embodiments are related to routing a call to provide information to the user that is responsive to the user's location-relevant request. For example, systems, such as an automotive telematics system, may request information and be routed to the appropriate division of a user's insurance provider such that the automotive telematics system can provide services to the user that are user-specific (e.g., covered by the user's insurance policy).
