Abstract: A variable capacity rotary compressor, which precisely controls variation of a compression capability into a desired discharge pressure, and which minimizes a resistance to rotation of a rotating shaft, and thus improves the capacity of the rotary compressor.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a variable capacity rotary compressor and a refrigerant cycle system having the variable capacity rotary compressor. The compressor includes a cooling unit and a pressure reducing unit to reduce temperature and pressure of a bypassed refrigerant, thus allowing the bypassed refrigerant to have the same temperature and pressure as when entering a cylinder at first. The compressor includes the cylinder in which a refrigerant is compressed. An inlet pipe delivers the refrigerant into the cylinder. An outlet pipe delivers the refrigerant out of the cylinder. A bypass hole is provided at a predetermined position of the cylinder to bypass the refrigerant from the cylinder, thus varying a compression capacity. A bypass pipe connects the bypass hole to the inlet pipe to allow the refrigerant bypassed through the bypass hole to enter the cylinder. The cooling unit cools the refrigerant flowing through the bypass pipe.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a satellite IP multicasting system and method for constructing an IP multicast network by a unit of internet node having a router for subscriber connection or a switch, and for transmitting a multicasting packet transmitted from a content provider into a local IP multicast network via a satellite. The satellite IP multicasting system features a backbone network, a content provider, a satellite network and a local network.

Abstract: The method for high speed convolution includes the steps of: determining a convolution mask by dividing a theoretical mask into a predetermined number of areas as many as a multiple of sampling intervals of target data; generating accumulative image data of a target image to be convolved and storing them in a memory; calculating image summation data in an area corresponding to the area of each step of the mask from the accumulative image data; and calculating the convolution of pixels from the corresponding area image data and mask step values corresponding to the area.
