  • Publication number: 20230317756
Abstract: An image sensor includes a first substrate including pixel regions, each of which comprises a photoelectric conversion region, color filters provided on the pixel regions, respectively, the color filters provided on a first surface of the first substrate, and micro lenses provided on the color filters, respectively. First period structures repeatedly arranged in a first direction are defined by the micro lenses. Each of the first period structures includes a first micro lens and a second micro lens of the micro lenses. At least one of a size, a curvature, a material or a shape of the first micro lens is different from at least one of a size, a curvature, a material or a shape of the second micro lens. A first arrangement period of the first period structures is equal to or greater than twice a pixel pitch of the pixel regions.

  • Patent number: 10870267
Abstract: The present invention relates to a peeling bar, apparatus, and method for peeling a polarizing film from a panel. This invention can minimize friction between the peeling bar and the polarizing film since the peeled polarizing film is in contact with a front part of the peeling bar. The radius of a curved surface at the tip of the front part and an inclined upper surface of the front part are designed to minimize the Z-axis component of a shearing force applied to the polarizing film. Also, in order to equalize tension applied to the polarizing film in a peeling process, this invention makes both ends of the polarizing film closely adhere to the peeling bar. According to this invention, fracture of the polarizing film is prevented, and thereby the polarizing film can be stably peeled from the panel without fracture.

  • Patent number: 10286643
Abstract: The present invention relates to a peeling bar, apparatus, and method for peeling a polarizing film from a panel. This invention can minimize friction between the peeling bar and the polarizing film since the peeled polarizing film is in contact with a main roller of the peeling bar. The radius of the main roller of the peeling bar and the inclined surface of the fixing unit are designed to minimize the Z-axis component of a shearing force applied to the polarizing film. Also, in order to equalize tension applied to the polarizing film in a peeling process, this invention makes both ends of the polarizing film closely adhere to the peeling bar.
