The method further determines a fool-proofing function of the operation that is triggered by the electronic device according to the skilled value and the ranges for triggering the fool-proofing functions, and adjusts the electronic device to execute the determined fool-proofing function.

When the capture time of the frame is equal to or less than any of the encode time, the transmitting time, and the decoding time of the previous frame, the frame is encoded normally.
