    Abstract: A semiconductor device design method includes generating a layout of a semiconductor device based on schematic data. The layout includes location data for at least one electrical component. The method includes receiving first voltage data associated with at least one electrical component. The method includes receiving second voltage data based on simulation results for the semiconductor device. The method includes incorporating, based on the location data of the at least one electrical component, the first voltage data or the second voltage data in the layout to generate a modified layout. The first voltage data or the second voltage data being incorporated in at least one marker layer of the modified layout. The method includes performing a voltage-dependent design rule check (VDRC) on the modified layout. The VDRC analyzes spacing rules associated with the at least one electrical component based on the first voltage data or the second voltage data.

    Abstract: A switch and a multiplexer including the same are provided, which are applicable to selectively transmit the high frequency signal from an input terminal to an output terminal therethrough. The switch includes a switch device and a variable resistor. The switch device is connected between the input terminal and the output terminal, and the switch device includes a control terminal and is configured to be switched between ON and OFF according to a switch controlling signal provided to the control terminal. The variable resistor is connected to the control terminal and configured to change to a first resistance while the switch device is ON, and to change to a second resistance while the switch device is OFF according to a resistor controlling signal. The first resistance is higher than the second resistance, and the resistor controlling signal is changed corresponding to the switch controlling signal.

    Abstract: A method comprises: accessing data representing a layout of a layer of an integrated circuit (IC) comprising a plurality of polygons defining circuit patterns to be divided among a number (N) of photomasks for multi-patterning a single layer of a semiconductor substrate, where N is greater than one. For each set of N parallel polygons in the layout closer to each other than a minimum separation for patterning with a single photomask, at least N?1 stitches are inserted in each polygon within that set to divide each polygon into at least N parts, such that adjacent parts of different polygons are assigned to different photomasks from each other. Data representing assignment of each of the parts in each set to respective photomasks are stored in a non-transitory, computer readable storage medium that is accessible for use in a process to fabricate the N photomasks.

    Abstract: A cover opening device of an electric sunshade for a side window is provided for connecting between a base and a protecting cover of the electric sunshade and connecting with a curtain support rod. The cover opening device operates by the curtain support rod mounted with a driving element passing through a pedestal, a linkage rod part connected with an abutted part connecting with the protecting cover to move the abutted part downward by a press of the driving element and to pivot the protecting cover for covering a groove by the linkage rod part, and an elastic element providing resilience force for opening the protecting cover. The cover opening device has a mechanism that opens the protecting cover beforehand and closes the protecting cover afterwards, thereby preventing the curtain from colliding with the protecting cover when the curtain is extending out and rolling up.

Meanwhile, a spot browsing bar is displayed on a side of the electronic map and the spot pictures of the spot information are sequentially displayed in the spot browsing bar. When a select operation of a certain spot marker on the electronic map is received, the spot browsing bar is scrolled to show the spot picture corresponding to the selected spot marker.

The method for forming the photo masks includes determining a minimum spacing and identifying vertical conductive feature patterns having a spacing less than the minimum spacing value. The method further includes determining a first direction to expand and a second direction to shrink, and checking against design rules to see if the design rules are violated for each of the vertical conductive feature patterns identified.
