  • Patent number: 8647917
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a solar cell includes the following steps. An ion implantation process is performed to a first surface of a substrate to form a first doping layer. Then, the ion implantation process is performed to a second surface of the substrate to form a second doping layer. After that, an annealing process is performed to the structure formed by the substrate, the first doping layer and the second doping layer, and forming a first passivation layer on the first doping layer and a second passivation layer on the second doping layer by the annealing process. A third passivation layer is formed on the first passivation layer formed after the annealing process and a fourth passivation layer is formed on the second passivation layer formed after the annealing process. • Patent number: 8378302
Abstract: A bidirectional optical scanner assisting in mammography is revealed. The optical scanner that calculates functional images obtained by diffuse optical tomography, used in combination with a mammography machine can reduce the number of mammograms taken and the dose exposure. The bidirectional optical scanner includes a compression module, a first optical detection module, and a second optical detection module. The same test position of the tested breast can be detected twice in different directions by the first and the second optical detection modules. No matter where the tumor is located, the tumor can be detected. Besides structural images provided by the mammography machine, functional tomographic images of the breast are obtained by the bidirectional optical scanner. Thus diagnostic accuracy in the detection of breast cancer is improved.

  • Publication number: 20110073280
Abstract: A heat-dissipating fan having a dust-proof structure includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a shaft and a bearing disposed in a shaft hole of the shaft. The rotor includes an axle inserted in the bearing. The axle of the rotor has an inner end connected with an axle seat. The axle seat is located in the shaft hole of the shaft. A slight gap is defined between an outer wall of the axle seat and an inner wall of the shaft hole. The outer wall of the axle seat has a plurality of guiding grooves to block external air from entering the bearing. The guiding grooves are spiral grooves or V-shaped grooves. The guiding grooves are used to expel the air along with the rotation of the rotor, achieving a dust-proof protective structure in a non-contact type to block external dust or water vapor from entering the bearing to influence the running of the bearing. The present invention can enhance the service life of the heat-dissipating fan.
