  • Publication number: 20240107294
Abstract: Traffic is received at a distributed cloud computing network. The traffic originates from a computing device using a mobile data connection. The traffic is associated with an identifier that identifies a SIM of the computing device. Using the SIM identifier, an identity for identity-based policy enforcement at the distributed cloud computing network is determined. The identity is uniquely associated with the SIM identifier. An identity-based policy that is applicable for the received traffic for the determined identity is determined. The identity-based policy is enforced.

  • Publication number: 20240093250
Abstract: The present invention relates to processes for preparing linkers that are useful in the conjugation of therapeutic molecules (e.g., cytotoxic agents) with targeting moieties (e.g., proteins, peptides, antibodies, nanoparticles, nucleic acids). During said processes lipases like lipase B from Candida antarctica were used for enantioselective resolution of (S,S)-2-benzylthiocyclohexanol or (S,S)-2-benzylthiocycloheptanol in presence of acylating agent which are reduced for deprotection to yield (S,S)-2-mercaptocyclohexanol or (S,S)-2-mercaptocyclopentanol which can then be used for linking therapeutic with targeting moieties.

  • Patent number: 11928444
Abstract: A technique is described herein for assisting a user in editing a file. The technique involves producing current context information that includes an input message and selected file content. The input message describes a user's editing objective, while the selected file content describes a portion of the file to which the editing objective is to be applied. The technique then requests a pattern-completion engine to generate edit information based on the current context information. The edit information describes one or more changes to the selected file content that satisfy the objective of the user. The pattern-completion engine uses a machine-trained autoregressive text-completion model that is trained on revision history information. The model can be trained in a process that incorporates various tests to ensure that the edit information that is generated works as expected, satisfies various performance metrics, and fulfills the editing objectives of the user.

  • Patent number: 11914676
Abstract: Technologies and techniques for monitoring and correcting the obfuscation of vehicle-related data. Personal data may be removed from the transmitted vehicle-related data, and the vehicle-related data after the removal of the personal references may be combined to form a vehicle-related data set without personal references. A temporal and spatial obfuscation of the vehicle-related data set may be carried out without personal references based on an estimated size of a cluster of data-collecting vehicles for generating an anonymous data set. The anonymous data set, including the degree of obfuscation, may be provided to a data user and an actual cluster size for a spatial region based on the provided anonymous data sets may be determined and compared with the estimated cluster size used for the obfuscation of the anonymous data set. The comparison result may be then used to correct the obfuscation of the spatial region.

  • Publication number: 20240028933
Abstract: A system predicts user intent to take an action and delivers content items to the user that match that intent. A plurality of features or attributes for each tracking pixel in a set of tracking pixels can be acquired based on content items and landing pages associated with each tracking pixel. For example, features for a tracking pixel can be determined based on information associated with a content item that enabled a user to access a landing page from which the tracking pixel was fired or triggered. In this example, features for the tracking pixel can also be determined based on information associated with the landing page. The features for the tracking pixels can be utilized to train a machine learning model. The machine learning model can be trained to predict whether or not a particular user intends to produce a conversion (e.g., make a purchase).

  • Publication number: 20230336504
Abstract: A computer-implemented technique is described herein for providing assistance to a user in performing various computer-related tasks. The technique relies on a state machine system that transitions among plural modes based on mode-specific cues provided by a pattern-completion engine. The pattern-completion engine, in turn, is induced to generate these cues based on initial context information provided to a context store of the state machine system. Among other information, the initial context information provides example dialogues that are annotated with mode-specific cues. Throughout its operation, the technique updates context information provided in the context store. The plural modes can include at least a user mode, an answer mode, and a command mode. The technique also provides various mechanisms to ensure the privacy of sensitive-information items and to reduce the risk that commands will damage execution platforms.
