    Abstract: An automatic continuously height adjustable table comprises a load board, at least one kingpost and a controller. The controller utilizes a time unit to set time parameter which the extension time of the kingpost corresponds to. The controller utilizes a count unit to set height parameter which the extension height of the kingpost corresponds to. Consequently, the load board will rise or lower automatically, continuously and periodically along with the kingpost, thus compelling the user to change his postures.
