A number of securing holes are defined by the plate adjacent to a corner of the ventilation area. Two or more raised blocks are located on the plate and adjacent an edge of the ventilation area. The locking pins of the fan are slid into the securing hole and at the limit of the securing hole the raised blocks abut an edge of the fan to prevent the fan moving back out of the securing hole.

    Abstract: A layered structure of inflatable pad includes at least one thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film and at least one nonwoven fabric sheet, which are laminated together through application of heat and pressure by a laminating machine. The TPU film is formed by first synthesizing TPU particles with diisocyanate and polyol, heating and melting the particles to a fluid form, and then blow-molding the fluid by a blow-molding machine to form a thin film having a thickness of 0.012-0.2 mm. The layered structure formed by laminating the TPU film and the nonwoven fabric sheet is of a reduced extendibility and increased tensile strength due to the inherent excellent tensile strength of the nonwoven fabric. The layered structure may then be processed by a high-frequency machine or a thermal bonding machine to form various inflatable pads to improve the use comfortableness of the inflatable pads.

A positioning hole is defined in the holding member and two flanges extend from the holding member and cooperatively defining a gap for receiving a packing bag. The securing member is received in the holding member and includes a positioning post. The securing member deforms the two flanges between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the two flanges extend outside in opposite direction so that an acute angle defined between the two flanges, and the positioning post is disengaged from the positioning hole. In the second position, the two flanges are substantially parallel to each other, the positioning post is engaged in the positioning hole, and the securing member is engaged with the packing bag.
