    Abstract: A door operator comprises a rotary shaft, a chain disk for rotating the rotary shaft, and a locking mechanism for locking the rotary shaft. The locking mechanism comprises a bidirectional rotary block, a plurality of push pins and anti-rotation posts. When the chain disk rotates, the push pins urge the bidirectional rotary block to rotate the rotary shaft, and when the rotary shaft rotates, the of anti-rotation posts lock the bidirectional rotary block, and preclude the rotary shaft from rotating.

    Abstract: A device and method for controlling the speed of a rolling door is disclosed. The door panel is controlled to accelerate or decelerate by means of the real-time rolling speed of the door panel, such that speed control is applicable to door panels of different specifications. When the real-time rolling speed of a door panel reaches a predetermined acceleration value, a control module actuates the driving module to speed up opening or closing of the door panel. When the real-time rolling speed of the door panel reaches a predetermined deceleration value, the control module controls the driving module to speed down opening or closing of the door panel; when the real-time rolling speed of the door panel is in between the acceleration value and the deceleration value, the control module actuates the driving module to maintain the opening or closing speed of the rolling door at current value.

    Abstract: This invention provides a door operator with a wireless setup function and a method for establishing a wireless communication of the door operator, including a wall-mounted device and an operator unit, wherein the wall-mounted device includes a setting switch, a microcontroller, a wireless transmission module and a memory unit; when the setting switch activates the wireless transmission module and is in connection with the external electronic device, the wireless transmission module receives setup information transmitted from the external electronic device in a wireless communication mode, and the microcontroller stores the setup information in the memory unit, and the operator unit is activated in accordance with the setup information. A user may configure/alter the various functions of the door operator easily. As the setting switch has to be turned on before commencing the setup, it prohibits unauthorized access to the door operator, and improves the security of the door operator.

    Abstract: A direction switchable ratchet device for a door operator is provided. The door operator includes an electric motor, an electromagnetic brake and the direction switchable ratchet device. The direction switchable ratchet device comprises a first and second direction restricting devices and a manually operable mechanism. A drive shaft of the electric motor is braked by a brake baffle disk when the electric motor is electrically de-energized and is released when the electric motor is electrically energized. The first and second direction restricting devices are provided to prevent the drive shaft from being rotated clockwise and counter-clockwise respectively by holding the brake baffle disk. In the event of power failure, the manually operable mechanism is effective to open the door once a pawl of the direction restricting device at the free side is retracted. The manually operable mechanism of the door operator is prevented from being incorrectly mounted in a cost-effective manner.

The revolution counting unit counts the number of revolutions of the first gear.     Abstract: A door curtain anti-dropping device comprises at least one rotating shaft, a brake mechanism, a rotational speed detecting module, and a control circuit, the rotating shaft being coupled to the winding shaft, the brake mechanism being used to brake the rotating shaft, the rotational speed detecting module being used to detect the rotational speed of the rotating shaft. When the door operator drives the winding shaft to rotate, the control circuit controls the brake mechanism to release the brake and to drive the rotating shaft and winding shaft. Once the chain is broken, an abnormal rotational speed of the winding shaft is detected by the rotational speed detecting module, the control circuit switches off the power source immediately to make the brake mechanism lock the winding shaft.
