  • Publication number: 20100031280
Abstract: An automatic disk feeding device for a disk duplication device and method thereof which comprises two transport assemblies disposed at both sides of a disc holder. Each transport assembly comprises a linkage disk which drives a connecting rod to rotate, and then the connecting rod moves a sliding block which cooperates with a push member and a slide rail to slide to and fro. The sliding block is defined with slant pushing grooves, and the slide rail is defined with L-shaped tracks. The push member is provided with pushing protrusions and guiding protrusions inserted in the pushing grooves and the L-shaped tracks. Thereby, the push members can clamp the disc by a horizontal extending method firstly, and then lift the disc, thus automatically taking out the disc in a small space.

  • Patent number: 7641041
Abstract: A conveying device comprises a body in which a power source and two scroll wheels of the same diameter and rotating synchronously are disposed. Each scroll wheel is wound with an elongated elastic extension plate having rigidity, and one end of each elastic extension plate extends out of the body. When in use, the power source is used to drive the two scroll wheel to rotate synchronously, so as to drive the elastic extension plates of the two scroll wheels to synchronously extend out of or retract in the body. When the ends of the two elastic extension plates extended out of the body are assembled with a clamp or a loading seat, thereby, the conveying operation can be carried out.

  • Patent number: 7509660
Abstract: The disc retrieval and release apparatus and method has a retrieve and release member for retrieving and releasing a disc for processing. The retrieve and release member releases one of the discs into and retrieves it from a wait processing region where the upper side of the disc tray is. The retrieve and release member enters and exits the wait processing region slantwise when the moving arm moves thereto. Thus, the embodiment releases the unprocessed disc into the wait processing region, and then retrieves the processed disc from the wait processing region after the unprocessed disc is processed. Thus, the discs are retrieved from a disc tray of the optical drive that extends out completely or incompletely, and they are released into the disc tray easily.
