  • Patent number: 11972307
Abstract: Implementations set forth herein relate to an automated assistant that can be invoked while a user is interfacing with a foreground application in order to retrieve data from one or more different applications, and then provide the retrieved data to the foreground application. A user can invoke the automated assistant while operating the foreground application by providing a spoken utterance, and the automated assistant can select one or more other applications to query based on content of the spoken utterance. Application data collected by the automated assistant from the one or more other applications can then be used to provide an input to the foreground application. In this way, the user can bypass switching between applications in the foreground in order to retrieve data that has been generated by other applications.

  • Patent number: 11973772
Abstract: Conventional email filtering services are not suitable for recognizing sophisticated malicious emails, and therefore may allow sophisticated malicious emails to reach inboxes by mistake. Introduced here are threat detection platforms designed to take an integrative approach to detecting security threats. For example, after receiving input indicative of an approval from an individual to access past email received by employees of an enterprise, a threat detection platform can download past emails to build a machine learning (ML) model that understands the norms of communication with internal contacts (e.g., other employees) and/or external contacts (e.g., vendors). By applying the ML model to incoming email, the threat detection platform can identify security threats in real time in a targeted manner.

  • Patent number: 11972624
Abstract: A delivery system may include a pallet wrapper system having a turntable, a camera directed toward an area above the turntable, and a stretch wrap dispenser adjacent the turntable. A computer receives images from the camera of multiple sides of a pallet loaded with packages on the turntable. The computer stitches images from different sides of the stack of packages that correspond to the same package. At least one machine learning model may be used to infer SKUs of each package. Optical character recognition may be performed in parallel on the images. The determination of the SKU of each package may be based upon the inferred SKUs and on the OCR.

  • Patent number: 11973582
Abstract: Systems, circuits, and methods for synchronizing devices in the time-domain are provided. A method, according to one implementation, includes determining a round-trip number based on a width of one cycle of a timestamping clock signal. The round-trip number is equal to a plurality of times that a clock signal is to be transmitted in a loop from a timing-leader component to a timing-follower component and back to the timing-leader component. The method also includes utilizing the timestamping clock signal to detect a cumulative time delay that results when the clock signal is transmitted in the loop a number of times equal to the round-trip number. The cumulative time delay is configured to enable synchronization of the timing-follower component with the timing-leader component.

  • Publication number: 20240127367
Abstract: A crop prediction system performs various machine learning operations to predict crop production and to identify a set of farming operations that, if performed, optimize crop production. The crop prediction system uses crop prediction models trained using various machine learning operations based on geographic and agronomic information. Responsive to receiving a request from a grower, the crop prediction system can access information representation of a portion of land corresponding to the request, such as the location of the land and corresponding weather conditions and soil composition. The crop prediction system applies one or more crop prediction models to the access information to predict a crop production and identify an optimized set of farming operations for the grower to perform.
