  • Patent number: 11950101
Abstract: An embodiment includes a method to increase the efficiency of security checkpoint operations. A security checkpoint kiosk serves as a Relying Party System (RPS). The RPS establishes a secure local connection between the RPS and a User Mobile-Identification-Credential Device (UMD). The RPS sends a user information request to the UMD, via the secure local connection, seeking release of user information associated with a Mobile Identification Credential (MIC). The RPS obtains authentication of the user information received in response to the user information request. The RPS retrieves user travel information based on the user information. The RPS determines that the user travel information matches the user information. When the user travel information matches the user information, the RPS approves the user to proceed past the security checkpoint kiosk.

  • Patent number: 11694911
Abstract: A substrate processing system for selectively etching a substrate includes a first chamber and a second chamber. A first gas delivery system supplies an inert gas species to the first chamber. A plasma generating system generates plasma including ions and metastable species in the first chamber. A gas distribution device removes the ions from the plasma, blocks ultraviolet (UV) light generated by the plasma and delivers the metastable species to the second chamber. A substrate support is arranged below the gas distribution device to support the substrate. A second gas delivery system delivers a reactive gas species to one of the gas distribution device or a volume located below the gas distribution device. The metastable species transfer energy to the reactive gas species to selectively etch one exposed material of the substrate more than at least one other exposed material of the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20220229399
Abstract: A watch bezel provides a GMT function and a count-up time-tracking function. The watch bezel includes a first set of indicia to indicate 24 hours associated with the GMT function of the watch and a second set of indicia to indicate 60 minutes in an hour. When mounted or attached to the watch casing or body, the bezel is rotatable in the clockwise direction and in the counter-clockwise direction. The watch bezel enables a user to read or set the time associated with a secondary time zone without adjusting any hands on the watch. The second set of indicia comprises a plurality of incremental minute markers and allows a user to track elapsed time. The capability of tracking elapsed time allows the watch to be used in activities that require tracking of elapsed time such as diving or other sporting events.

  • Patent number: 10813089
Abstract: Embodiments include a method, computer program product, and system for grouping electronic devices into roll-call channel access (RCCA) groups to reduce the number of devices contending for a wireless channel. Devices within RCCA groups are represented a host device during a channel contention process. Once a channel is granted access to a host device, its respective RCCA group has control of the channel for a predetermined period of time during which devices of the RCCA group take turns transmitting data on the channel.

  • Patent number: 10481559
Abstract: An analog watch has a casing, a watch dial and a concentric shaft device having concentrically arranged shafts, wherein each shaft is driven by a corresponding stepper motor. An hour hand is connected to one shaft. A minute hand is connected to another shaft. A multi-function hand is connected to another shaft. A microcontroller outputs signals to control the stepper motors so as to control movement of the hour hand, minute hand and multi-function hand. A Bluetooth® circuit receives signals from a Bluetooth® communication device and feeds these signals to the microcontroller. The received signals define the date and time in a present time zone and a desired mode of operation of the analog watch that defines the function of the multi-function hand. The microcontroller uses the received signals to adjust the Real Time Clock and control the hour, minute and multi-function hands.

  • Patent number: 10267728
Abstract: A measurement system to measure a concentration of neutral gas species above a substrate includes a substrate support located in a chamber to support a substrate. A plasma source generates plasma in the chamber above the substrate. The plasma generates metastable species having higher ionization energy than a neutral gas species. The metastable species excite the neutral gas species located above the substrate. An optical emission spectrometer (OES) sensor measures spectra from a location above the substrate while the plasma is generated by the plasma source. A controller is configured to determine a concentration of the neutral gas species in a region above the substrate based on the measured spectra and to selectively process the substrate based on the concentration.
